  1. I am now 1 month post-op from my second procedure with Dr. Konior. This procedure focused primarily on my crown with a few grafts distributed in the front to enhance my hairline. I received a total of 2250 gratfts and approximately two-thirds of them were placed in my crown. I had an excellent result from my first procedure and my goal this time was to basically fill the crown and make my hair look just better. Just as last time, the procedure went very smoothly. Because I now have more hair than before the first procedure, this procedure was even more undectable. I returned to work after 10 days with no one noticing a thing. Totally stealth! Now, I will just wait for the results and I do not expect I will be looking every day as I did last time! I have no pictures to post as I look exactly as I did before. I will post after everything fills in.
  2. Stay with Dr. Konior, even if it costs you more and takes more time! He did great work for you the first time and this is a lifetime decision. Stick with the sure thing and do not take any risks with this procedure when you don't have to. I have actually scheduled my second procedure with Dr. Konior and could not imagine letting anyone else touch my head!
  3. I just scheduled Round II with Dr. Konior. My goal this time will be to refine and thicken my hairline and address the crown. I would love to do it tomorrow, but realize that Dr. Konior books way in advance.
  4. I am the above patient and could not be happier. I appreciated Dr. Konior listening to my concerns about detectabilty and then following through. After 2 weeks I was back to work and no one noticed. I basically tried to forget about it and enjoyed seeing improvement month afer month. I intentionally told no one except my wife of course, not because I was ashamed of having the procedure, but because I wanted people to look at me for who I am as a person, not for my hair. I must admit though, I am enjoying all the comments aboout how I look younger, or I look like I lost weight or what a nice haircut. I waited a long time to take care of my hairloss and I am glad that I did the research and found the right Doctor.
  5. I am 14 months post op from a 2,600 graft hairline restoration with Dr. Konior and could not be more thrilled. I am 48 years old and have been losing my hair since my very early 20s. I still cannot believe what I see every time I look inthe mirror. My biggest concern was detectablility and I discussed this at length with Dr. Konior. He listened and took extra care to use small grafts during the surgery. I bascically "hid" for 2 weeks after the surgery and when I returned to work, no one noticed a thing. I looked just as I did before surgery. From that point forward, it was a breeze. After about 2.5 months, the hair started slowly growing back in and every haircut looked better and better. The amazing thing is no one really noticed and I get tickled with the comments that I receive, like, "Have you lost weight?", "Nice Haircut"!, "You look younger!" and on and on.
