  1. Do you have Bisanga or Mwamba money that’s the real question since both charge $5 per graft. Guy here will tell you never to go to hair mills but not everyone has 15 to 20k to drop on a transplant plus travel fees.
  2. He wants to fix his hairline and corners and the only way to do that is a transplant he get that done at 25 he’ll be fine instead wasting his 20s and waiting till his 30’s. After the 15 years he can get another transplant he’ll still have plenty on donor area left and he can hop on Dutasteride then and keeping your hair till 50s(come on now). How how does he know he won't be in the minortiy of people who transplants fali, it's all a risk he will most likely be in the majority. Here’s the link to a Reddit account that documented his use of propecia for 12 years and seen barely any lost. since your trying to discredit actors.
  3. And those guys are in the minority then like minoxidil non-responder.. I can link studies that show finasteride effectiveness over 15 years if you want
  4. If they are on finasteride and minoxidil then the hair loss isn't going to to progress, there are cases of finasteride keeping the same effectivness with 20 years of use and only minor hair loss. Actors like ashton kutcher have been on finasteride for a decade and seen no hair loss. Hair transplants and their effectiveness has changed a lot from the 90s when most of these old guys were getting them.
  5. Then get another one if the results from the first one starts to fail, 1000 grafts is nothing to the donor area.
  6. With the introduction of OLD(online dating) the dating world for young men has changed significantly.
  7. Yeah, there is a heavy cultural divide here being bald as black men is more acceptable and normalized than it is for white men. There’s a reason why you don't see black men walking around with Norwood 3s or higher once the hairline starts to recede it shaves it off or be ridiculed. The reason I want to keep my hair now is so that I can expand my dating pool, if being bald didn’t make me less attractive to women I wouldn’t care.
  8. Women under 26 don't like bald men unless you are super model levels of attractive. It not shock that a young person wants to have hair and fit in with his peers.
  9. Nope, it’s a Black YouTuber who got a transplant at 24 in atlanta.
  10. Black people usually don’t deal with those issues. A good surgeon and finasteride is all you literally need if your black for years of hair since curly hair gives off a better illusion of density with fewer grafts. I clearly stated that I have no desire for multiple transplants since I don't care if I'm bald in my late 30s or 40s.
  11. I won’t care at all in my 40s since most black men are bald or have receded hairlines at that age and I will be off the market. Why would I wait to make myself more attractive in my prime dating years where I actual have the time and social group to go out. I want my hair back now in my mid-20s so I can go and have fun. If I wait till I’m 25 and then wait an additional 18 months for full results then that are just time out the window and settling for women until I’m 26 no thank you.
  12. I'm 23 years old with a Norwood 3 and have been on finasteride for two years, I’m saving up to get a transplant with Dr. Cooley. I know that most doctors wait until you’re 25 years old because that is when the hair loss pattern is most predictable or something. I want to get one asap since I can't stand being bald and most young black women aren't attracted to bald men at all plus I'm not all that attractive to begin with.
