  1. Thanks for the advice guys. This forum is amazing by the way!
  2. Hi there, Hope all is good. I’ve been struggling a bit with the last year as my hairline has started receding and thinning on top in places and it’s making it quite difficult to style. I know this is not hugely extensive hair loss but it is something that’s troubling me and can tell it’s thinning on top too. I’m currently 30 and know this is when the long goodbye to the hair can accelerate (31 in July, based in London) and understand it is better to wait until around 35 before even considering a hair transplant (and I’m pretty sure at this rate I’ll be losing more by then!). I tried Minoxidil for a few months (Numan topical 6% minoxidil) but after using that on my hairline that’s when I noticed it going back further. I know shedding can happen within the first few months but when I noticed my hair looking a bit see through in photos I stopped using it. I’ve also been using Sebamed anti hair loss shampoo. Im conscious of potentially using finasteride because of side effects tough. Would a topical version be beneficial? Would it be better advised to at least continue medication before even considering a procedure? I just don’t want to waste potential grafts on treating a bit of the recession if it further develops down the line. I attached photos of the current state of play. I’m aware that it’s by no means that extensive, but it is just something that bothers me. After doing research, if and when the time is needed it seems like Eugenix or Dr Bicer are people that would be on my list. But obviously understand it might be better to wait. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks
  3. I’m going to basically try these products for a year and see if my hair loss stabilises. I’d be very keen on getting a hair transplant at some point but I don’t want to rush the decision and end up playing catch-up. Only slightly frustrating part is my hair in the meantime is becoming harder to style!
  4. Ah ok thanks I’ll give that a look! Thanks for your help Melvin, really appreciate it
  5. Hi guys, Hope all is good. I recently bought Numan topical spray with minoxidil and finasteride as my first attempt to stop hair loss (30 year old male). Just curious to see if anyone else has used this product or similar topical sprays and how do you find them? I find it leaves my hair a bit greasy after using it but I’m sure I can adapt to it and if it works even better! Cheers
  6. Hi guys, I've always been paranoid about losing my hair since I can remember. I'm 29 and feel like recently my hair has started to recede and feels like it has got a lot thinner on the top which makes it really frustrating to style. I've tried getting a shorter haircut and that helps but after two weeks I get annoyed with it again and feel like I have to get it cut again just to stop getting frustrated by it. I live in London and would be interested in getting a hair transplant but would rather wait until I'm 30-35 before doing so. Does anyone have any clinics they would recommend in London? I always see Turkey is a popular hair restoration country but it is hard to find out on Google who are the reputable and who are less so in order to make an informed decision. Any advice from anyone would be much appreciated! Thanks
