  1. I've seen a cool hybrid concept in the past. A hair transplant for the "hairline", then a hair system for the rest of the head. This allows some cool hairstyles with exposed hairline that wouldn't of been achievable with just a hair system (due to the unnatural hairline it usually has).
  2. Hair systems cost more than hair transplants over a time period, they require much more maintenance also. I think with where he's at with hair loss, a transplant could suit his needs better. Just my opinion though, he doesn't need to follow through with such an idea.
  3. Sent an email yesterday hopefully they'll reply soon and that he doesn't have a long waiting list. 🤞 If not then I'll try fuecapilar, yaman and eugenix.. they all say they have availability in April luckily.
  4. Thank you, sir! I see what you mean by this, perhaps you are right. Others have suggested this also in the past. I appreciate the feedback.
  5. I agree with above, I think a transplant suits your situation much better.
  6. I've heard PRP can speed this up, but can't confirm. Same with derma pen.
  7. Thanks, but isn't this because the client keeps shaving his transplanted area? An important rule after a transplant is to not shave and let it grow for a few months to let the skin underneath heal and put weight on the grafts to stop cobblestoning.
  8. There's still the possibility it can improve.. but by how much is to be determined.. I wonder, are there any tricks to reduce the curling/texture? Perhaps even using hair straighteners?
  9. Hello everyone, here is a quick video sample of my current donor area after my first transplant (over 2 years ago), as well as some screenshots of the density and my temporal corners.
  10. Hi everyone, thank you for your messages! I will reply to them here. Hi again Gatsby, it's lovely to hear from you! I'm a big fan of your journey also.. you're an icon for many man who wants hair restoration. I think the highest I could do regarding "elite surgeons" is £3 per graft at around 1200 grafts to fit within the £3500 budget. But I'd also like this to be preformed non-shaven and in April (I have a lot of traveling ahead after). Thank you for your honesty regarding your views on moving forward. I do like my hairline, but I believe it really lacks density, especially in the light. "Elithair" either did a terrific job with keeping singles at the front, or I simply have very thin hair (which I do). I think the likelihood of graft usage will be the same regardless of clinic due to how thin my hair is. SMP does a decent job improving, but it could be much better, especially in regards to the "shape" of my styled hair.. since it lacks density it can look very odd and thin with certain styles. I'm going to post a video and some more screenshots of my donor area after this message. I sent an email, thanks. I'm enquiring with all doctors. Wow, lots of positive feedback for Dr. Michalis, I will email him also. Thank you!
  11. Hi again. Does anyone have any recommendations for a doctor/clinic for improving density? I'd rather this be a non-shaven process also. Thanks! (Budget is still £3500) @Berba11 @Reina
  12. Thank you, I will investigate these clinics further, much appreciated! I sent a video link above to someone who had incredible work done with a second transplant to improve temples, feel free to check it out. He also has more update videos. If it's possible I could match him, I'd be happy.
  13. Thank you for your input Berba! Interestingly, this man went to the same clinic in istanbul I went to. And he got his temples, corners and hairline fixed up. I really admire the clean work here;
  14. Thank you for your honesty sir. My glabella to hairline is exactly 7cm spot on. The highest point would be 8cm at the temples from the same reference distance. Density work is definitely needed, 100%. But I am insecure about the shape of the temporal corners. Eugenix also offered this solution in the past;
  15. Hi Reina! I have some concerns about Dr.Yaman based on this temple work review; Eugenix has also had some major issues very recently, and this was with an expensive package; Dr Gur, Dr turan, is this Fuecapilar? Thanks!
  16. Thank you! I hope to find someone somewhere. Temples are tricky to master with a hair transplant.
  17. Thanks, I don't see any temple work references on their website. Dublin I imagine would be expensive anywho, I'm happy to travel to stay within the £3500 budget.
  18. Additional info; My lowest point of the hairline is 7cm from the glabella (middle of eyebrows).
  19. Hello everyone, I hope you all are having an amazing day! As the title says, I am hoping to find the perfect clinic to improve my hairline density and temples within a budget of £3500 . I am located in Ireland and happy to travel! In the past I've gotten SMP to try and help improve the illusion of density. My first hair transplant was at a clinic in Istanbul called "Elithair". Here are some images of my current state; I was in contact with Eugenix and they offered 1800 grafts with this design. However, I have recently been hearing negative things about Eugenix so I have concerns. Same with Dr. Yaman.
  20. Thank you, I'm confident you'll have a thicker/better result than me. I have very thin hair, even in donor, similar to Asian hair. Your hair texture looks a lot better, a hair storm is coming soon for you!
  21. Wow, starting to thicken up well! The temples look great. Props to Dr. Yaman and his team for this success at the price point! Your hair looks exactly like how mine looked at 4 months; Here is 2 years later;
