  1. Hi everyone & @Dr. Vladimir Panine, Thank you for the feedback. I am now at my 10 month mark and wanted to post an update. As requested, I also wanted to post some photos from before the surgery as this was not an easy case. The first two photos are from before surgery with a different surgeon - the grafts were very poorly placed (side by side, multi-grafts in the hairline, at the wrong angle, etc.) and low density. I then had surgery with Dr. Panine in March 2021 to repair the hairline and add some density. The rest of the photos are recent photos now that I'm at 10 months. I tried to get photos in different lighting from the front side (photos 3-5), right side (photos 6-7), and left side (photos 8-9). Please let me know your thoughts on the progress, thank you! 2. Hello, I did not have any of the original multi grafts removed. I had a great amount of donor left so they used more donor to fill in the hairline.
  3. Hi everyone! In early 2020, I had my first FUE HT (1500 grafts) by a no name surgeon and while the hair grew, I was left with an unnatural hairline, lots of multi-grafts in the hairline, and poor graft placement. A year later in March 2021, I went to get my hairline corrected by Dr. Panine. The goal of the procedure was to soften the hairline with singles in a zig zag pattern and also add some density in the front. I received 1338 singles and 287 doubles. The team was very professional during the surgery and my healing process went much better than the first time. I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the progress at nearly 6 months...one thing I noticed was the right side has only singles in the front of the hairline (as expected), but I've noticed quite a few multi-grafts coming in on my left side in the hairline, including one multi-graft/cluster of grafts at the very front with five hairs that stand out when styling my hair (can't tell if this is a five-hair graft or several doubles stuck together). Since they pulled 1338 singles, I was surprised to see a good amount of multi-grafts near the front and found it odd they only appear on the left side (can't find any on the right side). Is this normal? I am hoping some of the professionals here can tell me if it's normal to mix in that many multi-grafts on one side and what I can do...if anything...about the one pesky multi-graft. I'm including some photos below. Photo 1: The day after surgery Photo 2: The right side (only singles in the front) Photo 3 and 4: The left side (singles and multi-grafts, drew an arrow towards that one pesky graft that sticks out...this one has also been surrounded by some redness since the operation) Thank you!
