  1. Are you here to moderate or do nothing? In all the time I complained about this troll you've allowed him to continue to violate the forum. This is a real disruption, I'm not making this up. Seriously I dont want to have to create a new thread, so I ask that you do something about it or let another mod deal with this issue. I'll not respond to him anymore. If he does I'll report him to you or to whatever mod is available. Sounds good
  2. Hey whats going on? I already reported this user twice now and he keeps harassing me like clockwork on my own thread. Is there something preventing you from isolating this user from my thread? I really dont understand this on this forum. My aim is to receive help not be harassed. I know youre a busy mod. But I'd greatly appreciate it if you would stop this user from further disrupting my thread. Its really about time.
  3. At least warn this guy. I didnt start anything, I'm willing to move on as long as you warn this guy. I'm not the aggressor.
  4. Appreciate that answer. But do keep in mind the area in question is not a small area but takes up the front. Thought I'd throw that out there for you. Considering that let me know if your answer has changed. I see. Makes sense and i hope youre right. But honestly even the most talented doctors at times cant stop shock loss unfortunately. Dont mean to adopt a negative attitude which isnt productive admittingly. But just trying to be realistic also.
  5. i agree. But neither I nor the forum need a troll disrupting the learning process of regrowing hair by violating forum rules. If you cant process this complaint we would appreciate it if you would submit this clear violation to another mod. I'm here to heal not be insulted by losers with lots of time on their hands.
  6. Any smart person knows I didnt need a google assistant shotgun search as my inquiry is specific.. duhh. Youre just mad that I made you look the opposite of intelligent. I understand little one. Get angry all you want. I now see why you chose your username as it fits your cognitive abilities. Btw youve been reported for violating forum rules angry man trying to be somebody. lol
  7. Why are you replying after you broke forum rules? We dont need you on this forum.
  8. To avoid shock loss in an area of sparse but healthy hair follicles, is it possible to just destroy those follicles in order to make way for transplanted follicles? I ask because I have an area of thinning but still healthy hair. But its in the way of risk of shock loss. Isn't it just better to nuke this area in order to avoid shock loss and replace the area with healthy donated follicles?
  9. Appreciate the link. Never asked for a google assistant for a general search apart from my specific request but ok. Thanks I guess? Trolling those asking for help. So this is what bald losers do
  10. Is there a hair system that only covers a small area no larger than 1 x1 inch? I'd like to check one out that can stick to the temple area. Please let me know. Thanks.
  11. Hi Sean. For a while now I've come across your replies that have aided others with their hair issues which is commendable and worthy of much praise my friend. Youre correct about this shady industry as a business where we the patients are both the guinea pigs and banks that fill the wallets of many of these scum who pose as doctors. Unfortunately every aspect of this industry is full of greed including hair transplant websites that claim to help us are really operating behind these "doctors." Do keep your chin up as I'm suffering along with you. Honestly I dont know what your donor supply is. But if theres enough to warrant another round of procedures then give it another shot as long as you do so carefully handpicking the best clinics the field offers. Seriously, I'm not going to lament upon your situation; youve had your bout of that. But I will impart upon you any advice you'll need. If and when you do decide to go for another transplant let me know so I can be there with you in spirit! Wish you a lot of faith and positivity always. PM me whenever you like; I'll always be here to help you.
  12. Was wondering if theres anyone here who's specifically had a transplant on their thinning area of their scalp. I'm in the same boat with thinning hair but I'm scared that a transplant might make it worse from shock loss. Would like to see your results. Thanks.
  13. So let me ask you guys a question. Between volumizing shampoos and comb overs I can play it off where my hair looks very dense and good despite the areas of thinning in the front. Knowing this, would you still go for a hair transplant considering that you can still style your hair in a way that it looks great and dense?
  14. Theres no excuse for such behavior if indeed that was the case which I dont honestly believe. Well hopefully. Just trying to play it safe. I know doctors arent perfect and are able to make mistakes outside the control of science.
  15. Yes I will be. Appreciate the optimism. Thank you for your reply. No offensive taken as I appreciate your concern. So to answer your question of 'if my hair loss is bad enough to warrant a hair transplant' I must answer in the affirmative since its hard to manage it in the way I used to years ago with less now than before. Dont get me wrong, I still have "enough" hair. My situation is not 'hit or miss' in the sense that there are days that I have bad hair days versus good ones which still warrants hair surgery. But I'm at a stage in hair loss where believe it or not, I'm still able to manage a good hair style in 10 - 15 minutes after I shampoo given hair gels and spray. The issue is, as I've said before, that its getting harder and harder to style it in the manner I used to. So I originally was looking at Erdogan in turkey which is a far off place in more ways than one in an area which is full of strife from all angles according to the news. But having read more on turkish clinics, Erdogan, although reputable, averaged into those bad clinics which gave me a bad taste in my mouth for turkisk clinics as a whole including Endogan's if that makes sense. His prices are handsome which is a good attractor. He's still on my mind I then looked into Rahal which at the time seemed like a wise choice but having sifted through testimonials I came upon one which detailed necrosis on a patient that prompted me to put the brakes on that doctor as a potential. European clinics are not what I'm interested in since, 1) theyre far away, 2) because of 1), I have no legal protection in a country thats foreign to me with no option for recompensation should something go awry with my procedure be it with infection, no growth, shock loss, etc. H&w is a clinic I can confidently admit has produced consistent results with no wild outliers in bad testimonials or results, at least from what I've researched thus far for over a year which puts it on my top shelf as my go to clinic for now unless something changes like a serious patient complaint or should another clinic produce better, consistent results. Do let me know what you think. I value your good opinion!
  16. I donit appreciate your insult. I reported you to the forum moderators.
  17. What are some ways to combat fear typical before and during hair transplant procedures? Just before going to sleep at night I find myself with a heightened sense of fear arising from what I perceive as high potential for mistakes during a hair transplant procedure. My greatest fear is that my hair transplant will not work out and I will have wasted thousands of dollars if it doesnt pan out as I expected it. Out of constant worry I dont want to have to look in the mirror after several months post op to find no growth whatsoever. This prospect is messing with my psyche. Nonetheless I've diligently researched the very best doctors in the field after reviewing photos and patient's experiences. I want a transplant but I dont want to experience subpar growth a year post up. What position do you guys believe I should take?
  18. Actually guys posted this complaint on some forums but I dont remember the sites since this was a while back so we're talking many moons ago. I'll try to locate them and will report back.
  19. Honestly I just cant see how female hairlines are more challenging than men's since men have greater areas of loss than them. Women really just need 'touch ups' whereas men's scalps are more pronounced where they need more complicated work done. If you think about it, a male patient with nw 1 or 2 would be considered in the same league as a woman who needs a touch up with results being the same since the area of native hairs in back support the front transplanted hairs in front with its density. But a male with nw 4 or 5 would be considered a huge challenge for obvious reasons and compared to a female, a greater challenge. I'm no doctor myself. But youre the doctor and I respect your views nonetheless.
  20. Been looking at results of female ht patients and as far as it looks, female patients show better results than male patients. So why cant doctors perform ht procedures on men like they do on women?
  21. Is it true that omega 3 can cause hairloss? Read about ill effects of fish oil which contains omega 3.
