You still have a good amount of hair on top of your head, so definitely start taking meds to keep the remaining hair. Propecia can even help to thicken the crown. Getting a transplant from a qualified doctor to restore your hairline could be a good idea. Try sending these pictures to other doctors and see what the general consensus is.

Hey guys, I've been lurking on these boards for a long time, but never signed up until now. I felt the need to post to let everyone know how great Dr. Haber was. I underwent my procedure on Wednesday, and he and his entire staff were great. We had agreed upon 2,500 grafts, but it ended up closer to 3,000. Right now, everything looks great. I can't wait to see my final results.

I just underwent a procedure with Dr. Haber 2 days ago. He and his staff were fantastic. I don't think he does sessions as big as 4,000, though mine was approx. 3,000.
