  1. If you don't plan on getting on Fin, you shouldn't worry about losing miniaturized hairs. They really aren't providing density now and they aren't coming back on their own. If you are open to Fin, hopping on six months prior to surgery will ensure you hang onto as many miniaturized hairs as possible, some of which could regrow into mature hairs after enough time. In terms of waiting until your hair loss settles, I don't think any doctor can definitively say when that will happen. Most responsible doctors won't do major surgeries for patients in early 20s without a long term plan, but at 36 I think you're okay, personally speaking.
  2. No that's great, thanks for taking the time. I'm about 5.5 months out from my first HT (3670 grafts) so at this point I'm curious how things progress from 5-8 months. So far so good and if things continue to thicken up I'll be even happier.
  3. Hey Melvin, do you happen to know how long after the last transplant the final photos and videos are from? Absolutely inspiring result
  4. At this point I think the best advice anyone could give you is to sit tight. You've done a lot over the past 9 years and you're still quite young, relatively speaking. Given how much work you've had done, I'm tempted to think you have very high standards. It's possible that your perceived problems are not quite as significant as you might imagine. I'm sure you have done your research and are well aware the three months post-op is not even close to enough time to evaluate. Some photos of your current and former states might help out anyone else commenting, but really, you should just forget about getting any other work done for at least another 9-12 months. With all that said, Fin and Min are two totally different medications and if you are that concerned about your hair, it is never too late (or early) to try Fin, even if you are nervous.
