  1. I understand your points of view of not being able to have a entire diagnosis in person. But I have seen the microscopic visuals on screen at 200x times and I understood carefully what the diagnosis the Trichologists gave and understood the main critical issue was related to environment of my unregulated and unbalanced scalp. So you can take my comments I had described about my issue at heart and as most probably the same diagnosis you would have also uncovered if you could analyze my scalp. For the time being, I do not want to consider Hair Transplant as an option now. I am aware of other non-surgical treatments such as: - micro-needling - laser hair therapy - hair scalp deep cleanse treatment - oxipeel or jet peel treatment What is your view on the efficacy of these treatments ? Also, what is your view on the use of Derma-rollers, used in conjunction with hair growth serums? Recently, I switched and started using Davines Shampoo and Superactive Growth Serum under its NaturalTech Energizing range There seems to be effects to a small degree. I have also shortlisted Hair ResQ product range by PetalFresh to be considered to try out : https://petalfresh.com/shop/hairresq/ Can one judge, by looking at the ingredients and natural extract compounds used in these products, that these products can have some positive effect to the issues affecting my scalp and stunting my hair growth ?
  2. i believe they were trichologists who worked at a private clinic offering hair transplant solutions to clients. I went to three of them and all of them said I was not a candidate for hair transplant and that was their main product/service they were offering. I believed them when they explained I should consider taking propecia or other anti hair loss solutions but they were not in a position or had the expertise to suggest me which products. Hope that clears things up Regards Jack

  4. I live in Hong Kong. I can easily purchase most known anti hair products in retail or simply purchase from Amazon Global shopping portal. That is why I researched and made a list of anti hair loss and hair regrowth products and serums. But I need direction and guidance to choose the products with effective natural ingredients and extracts that targets my scalp issues and rectifies them to stimulate hair regrowth of dormant hair follicles. I had attached earlier screenshots of the short-listed products I found on Amazon and shared it with you. Kindly advise me which products would be best suited for me from this Amazon list and also from ones that you personally know off. Thank you Jack
  5. Hello Friends, Some background about me: I am in my early 40s. I am slightly over-weight and almost 5.10Ft in height. I recently have been given a clean bill of health based on my recent medical exam. I live and work in Asia. I have noticed in recent years that the hair on my crown has been growing shorter in length and i have noticed thinning in my frontal forehead areas and temples. I have visited several hair loss specialists in my home city. All of them have used a mechanic microscope to examine the conditions of my scalp at 200x times (I have attached pictures for your reference). All have diagnosed my stage of hair loss at at Stage 3A or 3V and all of said I am not a candidate for Hair Transplant, not yet at least. From examining my scalp, they have found my scalp is oily and the pores are blocked or clogged from oily sebum secretions mixed with sweat, air pollutants, etc. The blocked or clogged pores are stunting any further hair follicle growth at the scalp surface. They recommended I should consider using targeted shampoo and conditioner products that targets and cleans my oily scalp that removes all impurities and nourishes my scalp with much needed vitamins, natural extracts and stimulants to stimulate healthy hair follicle regrowth that is sustainable. The specialists also noticed some of my hair pores have been closed and that they postulated that the hair bulbs are intact but the hair follicles are dormant underneath the pores or skins. The specialists recommended I should use targeted hair growth serums that stimulates the dormant hair follicles to wake up and regrow. The specialists did not recommend me which products I should use as they explained there are many in the marketplace and that I should conduct my own research. I have researched using Amazon and shortlisted various products that I could consider (also attached to this post) Can anyone guide me which products I should short-select in the near term top begin using, bearing in mind the exact type of natural extracts or ingredients I need to target the issues for my scalp and to stimulate the dormant hair follicles and existing follicles for new hair growth going forward? Thanks Jack

  7. Hello Dr. Taleb Barghouthi and Mr. Melvin Apologizes for the late reply. Sure, I have attached some pictures. Not sure if they are clear enough for you to make out the affected area. Thanks jack hojack2019@gmail.com
  8. At a young age around 21, I had a traumatic experience where a small frontal portion of my forehead hairline was forcibly and violently ripped out and what I think it to be its hair roots ripped out. I think this may also be described as a case of Traction Alopecia, concentered and isolated in a particular area of the scalp. If one were to conduct a close-view examination of the affected area, one would find or to be able to make out from a close visual observation, an uneven hairline in the affected area of my forehead hairline where there is almost a barren or absolutely no growth of hair within the affected area, and where it should normally be growing. One would also be able to visualize the missing portion of the hairline would have looked like in place and in line with the rest of the frontal hairline, if it were not forcibly ripped out in the first place. I believe close examination is needed to adjudge the damage to the hair follicles and hair roots, to evaluate whether the scarring has been severe enough that the damage is permanent and that new hair cannot regrow naturally. I am exploring the idea to undergo a hair transplant to have this issue finally corrected and hopefully in time, to restore the frontal hairline back to its aesthetically even and natural appearing manner. There are also various hair regrowth serums on the market that may also help alleviate the issue. I am open to anyone's analysis and suggestions? Thanks Jack
