    Thanks. Did anyone here use Dr. Lindsey and can i get some references? I have done some reading here but very nervous about HT. ALso are there any suggestions best practices on how to avoid public/social appearances, and communication? I am just worried. I use heavy hair fibers/concealers for past 3-4 years
