hi, i got pigmentation from a local center below: http://www.serkanbozkurt.com.tr/ First 2 years it gave a nice dark shadow. As of year 3 it started to quickly fade out until there is 10% from its original effect. Below is a close up that you can see what was left frpm the ink just before HT.

Hi Gatsby, Main reson is cost/benefit balance. I observed in Turkey that generally surgeons do not make hair transplant themselves, they provide initial consultation and control afterwards. There are few clinics in which surgeons themselves make hair transplant, but they were extremely expensive for me. I visited 4 clinics before deciding. I tried to judge experience of technical staff rather than name of surgeon giving his-her name to clinic. Still i would suggest someone to have a doctor surgeon hairtransplant if there is no budget concern, unfortunately which I could not efford.

The name of the clinic was Derma Med. Not any Dr s mentioned in this forum was involved during operation. it was hair transplant technicians work only.

Hi everyone, About myself: age 45. Hairloss started after 35. I had a scalp pigmentation (hair simulation) prosedure 3 years ago. I was happy with initial results but after 2 years, the color diminished, fading out as expected. I Decided to have a hair transplant in Istanbul 18.02.2021. I have not taken any hairloss medication such as finestride or minoxidin. Below is my pre-op photos.
