I haven't tried oral minoxidil, I'll need to try that if it's available in the UK, can't say Ive seen it. - with topical minoxidil I'm applying 1ml per night (once per day) and trying to cover as much scalp as possible (not easy with so much target scalp area to cover). And yes, hair fibers and a product called "DermMatch" work shockingly well for me. Noone knows I'm balding as I apply it each morning. Tough decision between HT and hair system for me

I've maintained what i have because i've been on fin & min for 2.5 years - no regrowth from what i can see. Consultations have been in the region of 3,000 to 4,000 grafts. would a HT be suitable for my pattern of hairloss? how long can i expect finasteride to maintain what i have? 27 years old/ UK
