Please note this a TRUE review of the clinic and I did not receive any compensation or discount to share my experience. I was more than happy to do so for the benefit of everybody reading this. I just had my hair transplant with Dr. Koray Erdogan and his amazing surgical staff today. Suzana was my patient coordinator who guided me through everything and helped with translation when needed. She went above and beyond to help. Although it is way too early to tell the results, I have a feeling it will be even better than I imagined. I traveled all the way from Toronto to Istanbul to perform this surgery. I almost never write reviews but I know this is an issue several men and women go through and are embarrassed to talk about. After my surgery with this clinic, I really felt obliged to share my experience to help other men and women out there going through various types of baldness. I initially sent pictures for my online assessment and was quoted 6,250 Euros for 2500 grafts (2.5 euros/ graft) FYI there are cheaper options the clinic offers but I went with best package to have the doctor more involved. After an in depth assessment performed by Dr. Erdogan, he said that I won't need that many grafts and should only go with 2000 for now to save more for future baldness. As a result, I paid way less than expected. This really increased my confidence in the clinic and practice. They actually care about you and your future progress and its not a money grab. After my surgery, they even ended up taking close to 2100 grafts and not charging me for the extra 100. These small gestures here and there really makes me think this is the best clinic to be at in Istanbul. They just simply put the patients first. I won't even get into the amazing technology they use to take pictures, assess, and scan your donor and recipient area. This review would be too long (not like it already isn't lol). They have state of the art technology at this clinic. You will pay more here than the average clinic in Turkey but I tell you, you definitely get what you pay for if not even more. I also know for a fact I will be here for some kind of touch up in the next 3 to 4 years. To everyone at ASMED Clinic: Keep up the great work!
