My name is Fredrik (or Fred as Dr Bisanga calls me) and I am BHR Clinic's advisor for the Nordic countries. Fantastic result! One again thank you for sharing to the community. It takes 12 months for the grafts to establish. It will take even longer for the hair to mature and become one with the native. Normally 12-18 month range or up to 24 months. Njoy life, be happy for what you have and give the curls some time to fade. 👍🙂

Exactly! Always thinner quality at the beginning. It takes time before the hair gets to the same quality and become one with the native hair. Sometimes patients also experience pigment differences since hair from the back of head usually is darker. This is transient and the contrast disappears as hair matures.

Hi Calihome1 and others, It is a combination of different things that has made it possible for us to achieve this. Strict routines, team work between Dr Bisanga, Dr Kostis and other members of medical team where each person has their specific role and is an important part of the chain. Skipping the ugly phase was previously an exception but is now standard for many of my patients. Although, of course, we can not guarantee this every time. Even if the patient experiences early growth, they should expect that the maturation of the hair still takes 12 months. Thanks for the update! You can really see the jump from 3 to 4 months. A lot of early growth already now and more to come. Single hair grafts develop earlier so we will def see more establishment and density behind hairline coming months. This is only 6 months update and it takes 12 months or more before you see final result.

Hi! Hope you all have a good (hair) day! To sort this out! A hair transplant at BHR is a team performance and relies on the skills of all individuals to reach a successful result. Dr. Christian Bisanga has been performing hair transplants for over 20 years and personally trained his team to his demanding standards. All FUE will be punched by Dr Bisanga and Dr Kostis (if nothing else is agreed) Together with nurse or technician, the grafts will then be removed from the donor area. The grafts will be checked and cleaned by other technicians. Dr. Bisanga will make the placement sites in the recipient area. His technicians will then place the grafts. The doctor monitors all aspects of your procedure, from checking the grafts before placement, to instructing where the grafts are placed in the recipient sites. Looks great! Donor healed really well! Recipient also looks great, redness will continue to fade coming months. Some grafts will now go into resting phase. If you're lucky some might skip the resting and continue to grow immediately - like many of our patients recently. We will continue to have contact and you send me updates month 3, 6, 9, 12 so we see everything proceed accordingly. Don't hesitate to drop me a mail if any questions! Cheers mate!🙂

Hello my patient! Thank you for sharing your case!🤩 It's common at BHR we leave one side untouched. We keep to our well known extraction pattern and start on one side and work our way round. When we have what's needed we stop. No need to spread more since it only means more injections. This also means a virgin side for future surgeries. We have strict protocol when extracting so there will be no visible change in density on either side.
