I have had strip surgery here in the United States and I am in need of getting transplants again. I am considering going outside the USA due to the astronomical cost involved with with American surgeons. Mexico is the country I have been looking at, however I am reserved about sanitation, quality of work and liability if something were to go wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Jon
