Hello to you al I did my HT for 3 days (6-8.8) 12 days ago ,4300 grafts. The clinic instructions are: Shampoo twice a day with a Gentle massage on the recipient area. and Before I do the Shampoo to apply special oil from the clinic that soaks and soften the scabs and the scalp. I follow this instructions every day . But yesterday (11 days post OP) when i made gently massage the oil in my hair before the shampoo - I saw that a lot of Scabs fall out, But with the scabs a lot of small hairs fall out as well and stick to my fingers that did the massage . when i do the shampoo afterwards and again with a gentle massage i can see again some hairs fall out and stick to my fingers and when i wash with water some hairs falls as well. The Scalp looks clean and fine , no signs of bleeding or any injury. I am in a concern about the hairs that fall out while doing the massage and shampoo. I Asks for advice from your experience: Does it a normal that the hairs fall out with the scabs and while doing the massage in this period post op or the massage i did make the implanted grafts to fall out? Thanks for your response. I have been using Minoxidilmax since September. Twice a day to get the recommended dose of 1 mg finasteride and minoxidil a day. I thought of trying the stronger product you mentioned as well, but ... I tested the ingredients that are there in addition to minoxidil and finistrid. The additional substances have serious side effects if used over time. After reading about the side effects from the ingredients I decided to stick with what I use today and only add 0.25 or 0.5 mg finistrid pill once or twice a week to increase DHT blockage.

Thank you Melvin . I will check it out. Just got an consultation to use only beard grafts for the crown , So I'm not sure if this plan will give a quality result for the crown if not mixed with scalp hair.

Hi friends I have some question about Finasteride. I am using topical Minoxidilmax (6% Min + 0.05% Fin) twice a day . ( In total it is equivalent to 1mg of Fin a day) . Can I combine This topical Finasteride with oral Finasteride 0.25 mg or 0.5mg a day for better blocking the DHT? Thanks

Hey friends I would like to ask about bht for those who really understand from experience: Is it possible to use only grafts from the beard to cover the crown area,? or is it better and necessary to combine grafts from the beard with grafts from the donor area of the head? I read in an article that says that using bht in general is not good as it is a different type of hair from scalp hair and it will not look natural and it is likely that this hair will fall out later. what do you think ?
