  1. konior is at the top of prices but a couple things. It seems like konior uses less grafts per result. Also the donor region looks prestine after the surgeries that I see. However, you are paying north of $20k for efficient transplantation and prestine donor.
  2. great result! I wish I could jump the line but im still waiting for my turn
  3. You can always shave your head bald in the end I view HT as buying 20 years or looking younger. When you get to 70s, who cares. shave it all off at that point
  4. i would use american express. that way if they don't render services, you can call amex and issue out a chargeback
  5. yea, everybody should have a hairline that fits them. For me I should stick to a conservative hairline to commit for the long haul. I disagree with a 18 year old hairline when i am 33 years old
  6. So I received a follow up from H&W and they recommend 3000-3500 FUE grafts. Now I am really confused. Konior and Nadimi both authorized 1600 grafts in the frontal area with a dense pack. H&W are recommending double. Two different answers from two top tier clinics. really really confused.
  7. very nice. I am considering H&W as well as Nadimi at the moment
  8. Alanine aminotransferase, is an enzyme found inside liver cells. Liver enzymes, including ALT, help your liver break down proteins to make them easier for your body to absorb. When your liver is damaged or inflamed, it can release ALT into your bloodstream. This causes your ALT levels to rise.
  9. what is the exact enzyme? Was it bilirubin? Mine is elevated as well, I take 1/2 tablet finasteride daily
  10. +1 pay up and find a reputable doctor recomended on HRN this forum. I thank heavens i didn't go to turkey and mess up my donor. thank you!!
  11. someone please post anything Konior "botched" serious request.
  12. I havent seen konior botch a procedure. ever. Someone please link a procedure konior or nadimi botched? The premium price being paid is a risk premium. You can go to turkey and go to the asmed clinic. What you dont see is the 3/10 procedures that have unsatisfactory results there. I dont know the exact %, but if a clinic does volume and has so many cooks in the kitchen there's variability. For a certain clientelle, they would rather not fuck this up and pay upwards of $10k, $15k, $20k to do it right the first time with a Shapiro, Konior, Nadimi. $20k might be a month of salary to some folks. to others, it might be 5 years of savings. shrug
  13. Yes, I would also like to expand that question to asking if there is any innovation they see in HT surgery in 2020 and the difference in trends from 2010.
  14. 1/2 tablet finasteride in conjunction with minoxidol maybe a laser cap if you have the money microneedling helps promote hair growth as well
