I think that the GraftCyte spray contains similar copper peptides to the shampoo, but is more concentrated. Different HT surgeons have different opinions on whether they want their post HT pts to use the Spray. I don't think that they care about the shampoo as much. Thinking about it, I think that Smoothy is right, follow the Graftcyte instructions, and stop when they tell you to.

Gentlemen, any opinions on how long to use Graftcyte shampoo post HT? I'm 3 weeks out now, it feels good for me, and I would like to use it for another 6 weeks. The instructions on the bottle state that it should be used for 3-4 weeks post HT. Is there a danger of using it for longer I wonder?

I'm 3 weeks out post strip HT, shaved recipient site to the hairline and vertex. I've had as short a haircut to my native hair as I can but the recipient site hair length is still MUCH shorter. I'm trying both Dermatch and Toppik, but the hairstyle still is odd. I now have to go back to work and can't wear a hat in my profession. It isn't macho to say that I'm scared of embarrassment and discovery, but I am. This is hard for me guys! Any thoughts or comments? Thanks.

I am 6 days post strip HT and my donor site both aches in several areas and sometimes throbs. No discharge though. It's very uncomfartable to lie on the pillow at night. Not many others on this forum seem to have a problem like this. Am I the only one? I have painkillers but are there any other suggestions? The HT seems stable though! Thanks.

Thanks for the MSM info guys. It could well help with making the shaved recipient area grow faster post HT. Should I start MSM just AFTER my HT then? Thanks.
