I agree. I was diagnosed with Cicatricial Alopecia after I did my scalp biopsy then I got a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine and Topical Clobestasol to treat it. Also, I take Turmeric Curcumin and Black Seed supplements for inflammation. I feel for you OP and hope you keep moving forward.

I prefer using the foam but the liquid is better for people with long hair because the liquid can drip down to the scalp.

I've seen unnatural results from that clinic and I don't think Dr. Yildrim is a real doctor, there's no medical/educational history on their website. I would stay away.

I agree with @aaron1234. Your donor is already overharvested and you have a lot of real estate to cover. Surgery would not be worth the cost and time in my opinion.

Stay away from Hair of Istanbul. They're a hairmill pushing technician led surgeries with no doctor involvement. Second of all, your donor looks really thin. I don't know if you can do another surgery but you can consult with Dr. Bisanga or Dr. Mwamba, they're pros with Afro hair.

You also have the option BHT into the scar but you will need a doctor experienced with BHT to do it.
