Hi everyone Does anyone have any experience of using topical finasteride? If so, is it easy to administer? And do you buy it online? Many thanks!

Hi Melvin, yes I always get a taper fade. I took another photo earlier because I was surprised at the thinness of the lower neck and it looked much more full. It may be the lighting of the first photo So far 2 surgeons (in person) and 3 patient advisers (via email) have said I'd be a candidate, and 1 patient adviser (seeing photos on email) said I may wish to wait a bit longer and see how I do on Fin. Am seeing another 2 surgeons in the coming weeks.

Hi all I have received conflicting feedback on whether I would be a good candidate for HT surgery. I am 36, I have been using Regaine on my crown for some years, and I started taking Finasteride last week. I understand it's my decision to make based on what surgeons I trust, but I wonder if anyone had any opinions based on my photos. Many thanks

Hi I learned that in some clinics the surgeon performs FUE by extracting grafts and makes the incisions for where they need to be inserted, and then the technicians insert the grafts into the incisions. Does anyone have experience of this way of working? Or have you had a HT where the surgeon did both the extraction and the insertion of grafts? Many thanks!

Hi everyone I have two questions about grafts please: 1. When they say 'a graft', do we mean one hair? So is 1 graft = 1 individual hair? 2. Would it be preferable for a surgeon to extract more or fewer grafts? Does extracting more grafts mean better coverage? Many thanks!
