  1. I wanted to start a thread where we can all share potential 'cures' that are currently being researched. This is mine: Professor Angela Christiano at Columbia University in NY has figured how to clone hair follicles and create an unlimited supply for implanting.
  2. Found this on Dr. Yates. Doesn't even mention he does hair. https://www.chicagotribune.com/coronavirus/ct-life-yates-family-battle-coronavirus-various-ways-20200512-20200513-xjo672t3ebg5xnflnnhczhbjhe-story.html
  3. What do you mean "about money?" I thought this site was based on user reviews. A HT doctor told me once that you have to pay huge membership fees to stay on here but I thought he was full of it.
  4. The only reason this is recommended is because healing skin can produce more melanin when exposed to UV light which could lead to hyperpigmentaion (darkening of the skin). If you keep the areas covered (both donor and recipient sites), you should be fine.
  5. There are countless videos on YouTube touting this stuff, and yet I can't seem to find a single published study from a reputable source confirming this 'miraculous' treatment on human hair. Some doctors claim that they've even seen color restored to gray hair after injecting exosomes into the scalp. They're charging $3,000 USD on average per treatment, so this stuff isn't exactly cheap. Has anyone experienced these miracles first hand? And if so, how many treatments did it take? They say you need 3 treatments at first followed with a maintenance treatment every 6 months to a year. That's $12,000!!
  6. I was just wondering if doctors are able to get negative reviews on them taken down from here by threatening legal action against the site? I'm pretty sure I've seen a couple threads with not so great before/after pics disappear, but I am not 100% sure.
  7. Dr. Konior is booked out for a year. Let’s say I schedule my procedure today for next year, it’d happen in August 2021. It’d then take another whole year to see the full results of the procedure which brings me to August 2022. At that point, I’ll most likely need a 2nd procedure or at least a touch-up, so I’d have to join the year long line again and wait another year for my touch-up, which would happen in August 2023, and then ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR of waiting for the full results to grow, which would bring me to August 2024! That’s 4 years! Who wants to wait that long?! 😭
  8. Does anyone have any info. on Dr. Yates in Chicago? He's been doing this for a long time and yet there's not much on him on here. dryateshairscience.com
