  1. Amazing work from Dr. Nadimi as per usual. And amazing your hair loss has stabilized 8 years on fin!
  2. No i don't think anyone would recommend you drink less water, of course its important to hydrate, but spend slightly more time sweating at the gym, so doing a little more cardio throughout the week.
  3. Minoxidil aids in some water/fluid retention, which could be making you feel heavier
  4. Cold showers are beneficial, keep the boiler broken
  5. you're drawing a strange parallel to "giving up", its not giving up in the sense that you have some thing you need to accomplish and you're choosing to quit, hair loss isn't a binary thing that is easily achieved. I had a friend who was holding on to like a few strands of hair on his head, was very late to the party to intervening with medication and was also an incredibly paranoid person so he would never consider it anyway, he didn't have enough money for surgery, and for him his best option was truly shaving down and letting go of the little bit he was keeping that looked a lot worse.
  6. its easy to say you'd shave it down.. you should try to shave it down and keep it like that for a few months and see if it fits
  7. You can't worry at 4 months because nothing visual was ever going to happen before 4 months. You will see growth only closer to 6 months and on
  8. Looks incredible man, he used 2,000 grafts so efficiently. At what age did you start taking fin and min, because your hair held up really well if you noticed you were receding over a decade ago
  9. Have you considered Freitas? Amazing to hear your hair maintained well for 17 years on fin!
  10. I don't see an issue with it. I take fin and my oral min together at night before bed as well (1mg and 2.5mg), they don't have negative chemical reactions together. In Toronto there seems to be a low stock of loniten, and I'm only able to get it atm from a doctor buddy who works in upstate New York, but if I wasn't able to get my hands on it, I would likely just get this instead.
  11. Sorry I should have been more specific, I meant along the lines of how often you did the treatment, what dose, and how much did it cost per session
