  1. I feel like I’m trapped in between no man’s land. I’m too early to get a HT with my current hair and trajectory , but too far along with all this miniaturization. my look into smp, growing it out and more aggressive regimen.

Eugenix WhatsApp gave a generic solution “2000” grafts to the front ….. lol, and they called me a nw3 currently …. And then mentioned fin which I’m already on.

yaman - 4500 grafts - god knows where.

I will keep y’all updated on my journey

Usually there's more density in the back of the head. It's pretty hard to assess with your hair so short, but it's worth getting your donor assessed to get a good idea of the number of grafts available.

I'd say the main difference in Eugenix is their good use of non-scalp hair (preferably beard of which you appear to have plenty).

There are some very good surgeons in Turkey so wouldn't put you off that, if you choose wisely.

Thanks , I’d like to also hear other peoples opinion on the matter. I know I’m heading to a nw7 but eugenix has had impressive results from my research.

My goals is to have no bald spots and a more formed hairline, even if that means thin hairs in the crown . I’m also okay with the idea of 2-3 procedures on several years.

My 2 cents would be that your budget isn't the issue (directly), but your donor area looks relatively scarce.

Given that, id personally wait until you can pay for a more experienced surgeon who to increase your chances of good use of your precious grafts.

    Eugenix is a good call.

It’s the back of my head right? Can they just take from my sides then ?? My sides are really thick

  4. I’m back.
I stopped min for 4  months and started noticing hairs falling out. I’m now back on topical min/fin.
the thinning of my back hairs is what has really stopped me from getting a HT

but I’m tired y’all. I don’t feel confident anymore. I know I can pull off a good bald look, but I don’t want to.

my budget is kinda the same still 5k. My budget will get better in a year from now more like 10k.

over the past year I met people with HT that went to hair mills  and they’re happy with their results. I’m not looking for perfection at all, just more coverage of my crown and little but improvement of the hairline

    thoughts ?

listen to everyone but don't listen to anyone if that makes sense....save up 4-5k more and 10K should maybe get you a european doctor and do a conservative transplant. Might need 2.  go ahead and do it its your life. one thing I will agree on is, dont go to turkey.

Ok this is more sound advice. I do want to do a conservative surgery a touch up if you will. I’m not looking to bring back my hairline all the way down to where it was in high school, I’m only looking to fill in the corners.

the crown, I want more dense but nothing too dramatic.

how about barghouti? I have family in Jordan?

    28 yo male
    fin/min topical daily

So I’m revisiting the idea of a hair transplant. I posted on here two years ago with picture and everyone seemed to think I shouldn’t get one done. I have been taking fineteride since, recently switched to topical fin/min. Although at times I have noticed growth I have pretty much maintained what I had. I have trialed letting my hair grow and while it does look better from the front the crown is still kinda bare and hard to cover.

so I’m here again wanting you opinion. I want to get one from turkey in 3 months time.

    Should I get one ?

If you could please recommend a hair clinic in turkey that would be great.

here is what I’m working with:

From my view, short hair (buzzcut) fits to your head. Why you are considering a HT

I did it in a hairmill in turkey, now I regret every day my decision 1. because I did it in a hairmill and 2. i was a NW5a, so I need a second HT ( they didn’t tell me that) and of course a repair. They used in my hairline lot of double and tribbles, it looks really pluggy!

And they didn‘t tell me to go on fin or something else. So when I want to keep my native hair, I have to take fin or minox. But I don‘t want it.

Make your decision very wisely and try not to save money!

Buzzcut and or bald does fit my head, I think I’m fairly decent looking. I want a hit for the crown mostly but also to fill some of the corners.
I have been on fin and min for more than a year at this point and plan to continue.
I did consider smp but I’d rather spend the money on a turkey ht I also want to grow my hair out for the end stages of my youth.

Demirsoy and Bicer are both very ethical surgeons and consistently deliver solid results, wait to see what either says.

You also have a great beard which could come in handy for any future procedures.

Demirosy is the one that actually rejected me last year because I wasn’t on fin.
I emailed his team with pictures haven’t heard yet. Not sure how to contact him.

good luck with whatever you choose but my question is if you have sides like no morning wood and less hard erec.....why are you still on it ? that is beyond crazy to me....are we really about to save hair over something far more important ? thats a question for all of us....i'm sure as hell not.

Ehh, the morning wood doesn’t bother me. And the softer erections is probably incorrect i preform more than fine, if that changed I would for sure drop it.

If the crown is the most worrying part of your hair then SMP is something you could think about. I'm really concerned that if you don't go to a top tier surgeon (with the appropriate ethics and skills) then you will seriously regret ever having surgery. I say this with all sincerity and having been where you are now myself. There is nothing worse than having scars and poor results and wishing that you were bald! I know you can't imagine this now at your age but it will kick in trust me along with the thousands of others who have (and sadly will continue to) be butchered. I'm not a doctor but many people have success in micro dosing by taking finasteride on every other day. This is also something worth considering. I admire you for having the wisdom to not give in to that urge for life altering surgery. Do not compare yourself to any other patient your age on instagram, social media and marketing. It's all aimed at making you feel how you do now at not only your financial expense but at the expense of something that you will never be able to get back. That is your normal appearance. Feel free to DM me if you wish as I am only too happy to answer any other questions that you may have. This is the result from wanting exactly what you want now. Be very careful what you wish for and I wish you all the best.

That’s a FUT scar, I wouldn’t be getting FUT. I’m not sure what the top photos is showing, but I’ll prob look like that if I don’t get anything done.
and I am TAKING daily fin 1mg for 1.5 years now and plan on continuing to take.

im still really struggling whether to jump ship or go ahead and talk to Yaman, still waiting for Demirosy. Will also contact bicer.

Get some consultations done with some of the Drs/Clinics I mentioned above. You could also consider European options so many good options these days in Spain, Belgium and Portugal for example. Mostly around €2.50 per graft.

You don’t think it’s still too early , my budget is like 3k.
I’m worried that I’ll lose more hair behind new hairline what do I do then
