  1. Thanks Gatsby. I’m praying I get a little more come through
  2. I don’t often take pics of my crown but after having a touch up, definitely can see a considerable improvement on the vertex area. This is almost 6 weeks ago, VS today at 5 months 1 week
  3. A mate of mine used Harley Street and honestly you’d barely knew he had it done, the results were that poor- barely any of the grafts survived and I believe he paid £6k+ for a 2k grafts. My personal opinion is to go abroad, will save yourself a few £ and will end up with results that you will be very happy with, rather than go within the UK, have poor results you’ll be disappointed with and you’ll have wished you went abroad. But obviously do your research and look into the recommended surgeons on here
  4. To me your hair definitely looks improved from the first photos, but it is shorter than before
  5. I think the benefits of this stuff out weighs the cons, although I’ve not really used it myself, but I’ve seen what it can do. I wouldn’t worry about the dating side of things and I’d eventually just tell the bird you’re dating if it gets serious. Gym will also do you wonders, even if you do have some hair loss, if you are not already doing so. Will give you a lot more confidence too, in how you look
  6. Thanks mate. I wasn’t sure on it at first when draw on, but now I am pleased with what he recommended
  7. So in 1 weeks time I’ll be 5 months post op and thought I’d show you before and after to date. I was a little dubious at first before I had my hair cut today, but pretty happy so far
  8. I’m 4 months post op with Demirsoy and happy so far. I’m a little biased as I went with him, but out of all of those, that’s who I would choose. The service is brilliant and his assistant Muzzaffer deserves an award
  9. Cheers guys! Been really thinking of buzzing it if barbers won’t be open until July 🤔
  10. So today is my 4 month update Guys. What’s your thoughts? In desperate need for a hair cut as sides getting really long for me but growing it out until barbers open again
  11. Can’t get over your results Craig. I’d be really happy with a result like yours 👍🏽
  12. Definitely did the right thing buzzing it down...looking really good👍🏽
  13. How long have you been using it for? It’s quite common to lose a few hairs at first (this is the shedding phase) which is normally a good sign it’s working
  14. Definitely need to get yourself on the foam minoxidil instead. You will see a lot less dandruff
  15. Might be worth going onto the foam version of minoxidil as people report that it’s way less oily. That’s what I’d be doing in your situation right now and hopefully get back what you had before
  16. I’d say daily washing is fine, otherwise your scalp will most likely become oily from sweat etc. Most people on this forum wash their hair daily 👍🏽
  17. I can see this being a good result. Have you got a before transplant photo?
  18. Hi mate, I’ve been taking fin+ minoxidil for almost 3 years. When I was looking in the mirror daily, I didn’t notice anything and it’s only now when I look at photos a few years ago, I realize that my hair definitely looked a little thinner. I think it basically thickened up what I had and it definitely felt like it at least slowed down the hair loss as I didn’t notice many hairs on my hands after styling, showering etc. I’d say it maybe took a good 9 months to notice and people who hasn’t seen me for a while, asked me if I dyed my hair as it’s darker. However I tried both of these out before I decided to take the hair transplant route. I’m now almost 4 months post op Hope this helps
  19. Your donor there quickly recovered. Any progress photos yet mate? I’m too post op with Demirsoy
  20. Doing all the right things there mate and even getting on minoxidil/Finasteride. Demirsoy is my recommendation as I have recently had a hair transplant with him. I’m just under 4 months post op, but pleased so far and anyone will tell you their service is superb from start to post transplant 👍🏽
  21. I think those results are looking alright for 4 months mate. Don’t be so worried about the donor area, I’m sure it’s just shock loss and it will change loads over next few months👍🏽
