  1. Same with me. Now three and a half month have passed. and things are on track Looks really good and clean and will be a good result!
  2. Demirsoy only uses his techs for implantation. Extraction and slits are done by himself. E.g. Feriduni which is well known also uses techs. All depends on experience and skills of the techs used....
  3. Please keep in mind that a higher dose does not mean that the effect is better/higher, especially when combining DHT inhibitors. On the other hand the chance to get negative side effects could increase. Take care of you!
  4. @duchaine The pic was made two days post OP and some crusts are looking like you say "black heads" others seem to be yellow and this is totally normal. This is no indication that the FU´s died.
  5. You still have 2 month and your transplanted hair will mature over the time. Compared to the pre op status for me it is a good improvement especially the hairline compared where you coming from.
  6. May be I'm wrong but in picture no.7 it seems that the direction of the implants is not in the right angle and there are several multis in the hairline. Hope this is only my faulty impression... Wish you all the best and a good result!
  7. Really fantastic and very clean work. May I ask how many days the whole process took?
  8. @ahglet It would be helpful if you can show us some pictures of the donor area and overall hair status.
  9. Looks good, take care. and keep us posted. My surgery was 3 month ago and I am happy with the progress and quiet on track.
  10. @Tb12 the grafts won't fall out. What will normally fall out is the implanted hair in the recipient area because of oxygen deficiency during surgery. Due to the fact, that the extracted hair is from the donor area it will take some time until the structure of this hair will be aligned to the existing hair characteristics in the recipient area. The regrowth of the implanted hair is a process and will begin very thin and thicken over the time.
  11. Great improvement. I am always wondering why Dr. Demirsoy is not noticed/named when it comes to suggestions of good surgeons in turkey in this forum...
  12. I agree but the other points I mentioned are also cost intensive and help to reduce pricing...
  13. To explain what I mean one result out of the german forum: https://www.alopezie.de/foren/transplant/index.php?t=msg&goto=147367&#msg_147367
  14. For me Demirsoys results are close to the mentioned top 3. He does not do stick and place, makes motorised extraction and doesn't go for very high density (over 50) but with 1.25 per Graft he's far cheaper than the others. The reasons may be that he doesn't do a lot advertisement, he has only one external representative and not to many administration around him. But as already mentioned this is my own opinion and its always individual taste...
