  1. Taking Biotin collagen factors and all the necessary vitamins, hair oils, and will be doing monthly treatments of PRP. The hair on thag side was pretty much a bit lighter than my current situation. So just as of now it’s more than what I had before, but I did have an expectation of that side being filled with decent density. So hoping that I see more results
  2. It has now been 3.5 months, I don’t have much shedding anymore. I realize this is the time my hair does see some new growth and realize this is still very early stages. My concern is one side of my initial problem area is still quite light compared to the other side. I’m not in a huge panic mode but still of course concerned if this is normal, will I see more growth in that area, or I might not have the best resulted transplant. I’m currently taking all my vitamins, taking good care of my hair routine, and have had one PRP session at the end of the 3 month period, will be going back for more at the beginning of the 4th month. I also started working out with high intensity at the 2nd month period. I’ve attached pics and would really appreciate if I could get some prof insight and everyone’s views. Wearing my hair pulled to side to show the difference in growth, I had 3000 grafts put in in the frontal area

  7. It’s now been two months since my hair transplant, a few days ago I noticed 2 bumps forming on one side of my scalp and even though from the naked eye they are barely visible, but they feel like a raised bone, could be a little painful if I press hard, one of them ended up popping after I squeezed it and there was white stuff that comes out of pimple coming out, and then some bleeding and now there is a crust. Will these bumps which sound like folliculitis effect my results. Is my sweating from the gym causing these reactions, or are they quite normal. What can I do to prevent them and treat them
  8. Hello, so about a month and 12 days ago I got my hair Transplant in turkey, today I went to get a full body massage, and towards the end the massage therapist gave me a quick but a little on the hard side massage on my scalp, before she could start I forgot to tell her to maybe not massage my scalp, but anyways it was very quick like 20-30 seconds max, she was a bit on the hard side massaging my scalp but to be honest towards the transplanted areas( the front hair line area) she wasn’t that rough, but still me being concerned can it still damage my results with it being so far out my transplant . After I went to bathroom to observe and as I was rubbing my hair to see if any hair would fall I had about 2, and any other normal hair fall I have while washing my hair kind of looks the same, as I’m attaching a photo of the hairs that fell. Are these hairs (attached in the pic) considered normal hair loss. They kind of have a L shaped reference to them. The bottom part being a little bent and top being straight. thank you for your help

  10. I watched you YouTube channel live your results will follow your page. Thanks for the information. I way bedFUE sir, my doctor asked me wait a month being extra conservative, but every online thread I’ve read says after 2-3 weeks you should be fine to return to normal routine in the gym some even as early as 10 days

  12. Thank you very much for your help sir means a lot. I would like to ask you another question if you could help me answer that. I’m a semi professional athlete and do have to spend some tough training time in the gym along with my sport, I used to have to do some intense workout about 2-3 days a week, and then cardio for a day or two. So in total a good 4 days, and then during season which is a few months away, 3 days of working out and 2 days of games. It has now been 25 days and on the 30th day I have a mini camp that goes on for 3 days that I’m taking part in, I have not done any strenuous activity prior to these days, other than walks, would it be safe to return to sweating technically after a month, I plan on washing my hair right after the days activity before I get to my hotel room and taking a shower and stuff to keep my scalp clean. Will I be safe to return to sweating without causing damage to my transplanted hair ?

  14. You are very accurate on the fact that I was very cautious during washing stages and scab removing stages, I did give myself a little more of a harder hair massage and had some flakes coming off, and some more hair shedding, so with it being 3 weeks, did I hurt my cause of not removing all the scabs in time ?
  15. After two weeks as per my surgeon I started the process of removing my scabs by washing and massaging my scalp, seemed like all the scabs came out, but around the 21 day mark there was some dry flaky skin on my scalp, I would massage with olive oil and try take them off, on some I would have to gently use my nail to life the scab and then gently massage and pull off, it wasn’t very hard to pull of the scab/flaky skin, but I noticed some hairs stuck in those scabs/flakes, there wasn’t any rough pulling or pain or struggle, nor was there any sign of bleeding, but I’ve read a lot of posts saying don’t pick at your scabs with “nails” and so on, as this can dislodge the graft. Should I be concerned about the scabs I pulled off that had some hairs in them when pulled off or would this refer to the normal hair shedding process. (I’ve attached photos of my scalp after the a scabs have came off, and pics of the scabs I pulled off)
