    Mmmm… hard to say. after the ht, my crown was really bad (I think I had something like a shock loss even if I didn’t treat that area). according to my pics, after 5-6 the crown was closed but I got this ultra covering effect after 10-13 months.

    I tried to count the uf. It is not easy. you can do the math by yourself. take a piece of paper. Make an ho-le 1 sq cm (1x1). Put the she-et oh your hairline and see how many grafts are in it.

I am happy if things turn for the best. in any case, I invite you to have a more coherent attitude: You invited people to express their honest opinions and it is simply what I did. if you will share better pics, maybe the comment can change. Lightings and background make a huge difference.

    Hl design looks simple but is one of the hardest thing. in any case, it is hard from some pics with shaved and bloated head if it is ok or not. In any case, for a fair comparison, can you post better pics? Something like your pre op pics

    The hairline looks unnatural (when I saw the hairline design it looked very nice the first line is very thick and doesn’t match your frontalis muscle and the shape of your skull) and the density is low. oral minoxidil could give some issues, but at 2.5 mg I have never heard of anybody having problems.

    I was suggesting to use oral minoxidil to see a quick improvement. i talked two weeks ago with a former hlc doctor. We both agree that an ht improves over one year but, in 90% of cases, you need just 5-6 months to see if it is a good or a bad work.

    From what I see and from my personal knowledge, I think you will improve another 10-15% at its best. Are you on medications?

    It is just a siringe with a small needle, very similar to prp. Sometimes I have prp and duta separately, one after the other. Other times, my doc mix prp and duta. There are not researches on the efficacy of the mix but some doctors say that prp and duta work in a synergistic way.

    Never had sides. the only time I had sides was when I didn’t find Pfizer limited and bought a galenic product. agter two days, I had edema all over my face. i tried to lower the dose but I couldn’t handles 2.5 every other day!

    I think that oral minoxidil is the best single drug on the market. A real game changer. duta injections are great but we don’t have precise protocols on it so a skilled doctor is crucial. as good as it, duta injections can cause very serious, not reversible problems to the scalp.

    About 1,5 year after ht. you can see that density and tho went to the roof. i have a couple of videos to see the final results but i can’t attach them. is someone is kind enough to help me, i will try to post videos.

    Transplant time (Jen 2020) as you can see, I just lowered a bit and didn’t work on mid scalp or crown area…
