I want a hairtransplant with a long term perspective. I am 28 Finastreide is the drug is that really works compared to other meds but probably kills alot of my sex drive. To really sucseeed in my hairtransplant on a permanent basis i must be prepeared to handle finasteride bi-effects for some 30 years So my question is this : If i dont want to use Finasteride whats the point with a hair transplant ?

Hello Im a 28 year old man who are on the brink of ordering a trip to europe for a hair transplant. i started loosing hair in the age of 24 I do have been crawling the internet to learn what there is to know about hair transplant. I have reached out to 10 different clincs , sending them pictures. I got some very different offers. In the meantime have i started using minoxidil. Some clinic tells me i need 6000 grafts transplanted, others advice 3000, One told me 4500 -Price vary from 0,7 euros - 2,5 euros per graft. -one clinic advices me to start taking finastreide 2 weeks before the operation -I was told im Norwood 7 So i have 3 questions. 1.any advice on the info i have mentioned above and context with my pictures? 2. I belive i should go on meds against hairloss for the rest of my life? , using ,finastreide minoxidil etc. why does no clinic adress this at all. They mentiod post op meds but dont tell me anything about how long they last or what type of meds they want me to use.
