In Turkey, Dr. Bicer is very good. You should also consult with Dr. Taleb Barghouthi. I've tagged him here @DrTBarghouthi

Thanks for the input. But wouldn't all the grafts have sprouted and by the 9 months mark the growth left will be maturation and thickening of hair caliber?
Everyone is different. In many patients it can take 1.5 years to see full results with maturation and thickening.

Definitely too early to get another hair transplant. At the least, wait 1 year. You also have more growing from your prior surgery. You won't see full results for about 1.5 years

Thanks for the very detailed review. Dr. Konior's work is consistently amazing. Please keep the community updated and happy growing.

Likely transient shedding from switching to oral minoxidil. Oral minoxidil is stronger than topical minoxidil and I've seen lots of people shed transiently when making the switch. No need to worry about it. It means the medicine will probably work well.

Are you on oral or topical minoxidil? I suggest you keep using it.

Without a doubt, go to Dr. Freitas. The difference in quality and care will be night and day. Don't trust your scalp to just anyone.

Definitely too early at 6 months. Just wait another 6 months. You'll actually see full results at about 1.5 years

Yes, you shouldn't be bleeding when dermarolling. Just take a break so you don't worsen it.

There is no evidence suggesting the transfer of finasteride through the low concentrations in semen to be causing any effects. It is important for your partner not to handle the medication during the first trimester. The half life of dutasteride is few weeks so if you want to completely avoid any potential risk, I would stop 5-6 weeks before attempting and also during the first trimester. It is mostly unnecessary but if you want to deal with zero risk that’s probably what gives you peace of mind.
Couldn't have said it better myself

How deep were the injections? The injections done during a hair transplant don't go deep and I haven't seen a case of nerve damage from injections done from a surgeon. I think it's navigable.

In the tri-state area, Dr. Robert Dorin and Dr. Blake Bloxham are great. Are you looking to get an FUE or FUT? Are you on finasteride and minoxidil? How old are you? Do you have any photos you'd like to share? Are you restricted to the tri-state area?

You should also look into Dr. Taleb Barghouthi in Amman, Jordan. I'll tag him @DrTBarghouthi

Are you open to trying topical finasteride? How about oral or topical minoxidil? Like others have mentioned, you'll be chasing your hair loss. Do you have good beard and chest hairs? That can be used as fillers behind the hairline.

Definitely not an issue for that type of exercise 21 days post-op

Just let your surgeon know your wishes and they should respect it.

I believe Dr. Robert Dorin performs beard to scalp hair transplants. I know Dr. Glenn Charles in Florida has lots of experience with this.

Your donor area looks good. Are you on finasteride and minoxidil?

Your donor area looks great. Who have you consulted with? Some of the new hairline photos you shared look too aggressive
