  1. You may want to look into purchasing some 100% pure Emu oil to help with psoriasis. I used it on my scalp nightly after my HT and for up to a year or so and it helped ease any itching/dandruff issues. It’s a known natural anti-inflammatory and may help with psoriasis.
  2. Definitely don’t do another HT just yet, the difference looks night and day. Could you use more density sure but save your grafts for the future if needed. You can also add microneedling with a derma roller or derma pen to help with density, Microneedling in conjunction with Minox can produce up to 4x more hair than just minox alone.
  3. How time flies! Congrats on the hair, looks great! And congrats on the Engagement/Wedding!
  4. Nice!...your 5th month progress looks very good. Yes, crown can go at a snails pace...for me it got even slightly better at my 2-year mark.
  5. If you would have asked me back in 2015...my answer would have been no way do they look natural, my only example of an HT was a Senator from my state (Schumer) whom I would see on TV and in person and was the reason why I said to myself I would never get an HT, I did not want unnatural looking plugs and the thought of going through surgery like FUT that looked barbaric (now I know better when done professionally by a talented doc) was done for me...until...late 2016 when I started seeing a few average guys posting their ht journey progress vlogs on YouTube, and those of the FUE technique, which made it more bearable to me as I’m no fan of surgery/needles, their progress and results opened my eyes that good natural results were possible...and now there’s even more good guys posting their HT journey progress vlogs on YT than ever before...showing that it’s not something to be ashamed or embarrassed about doing if it’s individually important to someone. So, with more HT choices now more than at any previous time, and many good to great ones, I’d say yes, a natural look can definitely be achieved.
  6. I should probably rephrase when I said “boosted” it’s more that Finasteride helped my testosterone be more prominent because there was less DHT to compete with so boosted is probably the wrong word. Yes, I’ve been taking a few capsules of nettle root daily over the course of the day for a couple years now and there is some clinical evidence that it helps with DHT and Testosterone, most male testosterone boosting supplements may have it as an ingredient or may have the weaker nettle leaf extract in it but I stick to the root extract. And yes, I’ve been taking 1-2 capsules of a zinc/copper combo (15-30mg zinc) daily since March to keep healthy from any cold/flu/corona and have read up on its help with male testosterone issues as many signs of deficiencies of zinc can be hair loss, lack of libido, low testosterone...and i feel it’s helped me all around... You can google testosterone home test kit and purchase one as you may be able to order one and send it to the lab and they will tell you your results, if you are unable to get it done in person.
  7. Very nice and obvious progress for your 5th month!
  8. Personally, when I was on Finasteride temporarily prior to my HT and just a month after, I notice happening , what @Melvin-Moderator mentions , I felt my testosterone was being boosted especially when I was hitting the gym...after I stopped Finasteride I started taking Nettle Root extract to help both with DHT and boosting testosterone naturally (Nettle Root extract stops testosterone from binding to SHBG receptors and allows it to be free in the blood). Since March of this year I started taking a zinc supplement to help keep my immune system in tip top shape and free of the Rona and also notice a slight boost in my strength when working out now than prior. It’s anecdotal as I haven’t had any blood work done to see for sure, but I feel the difference. Go to your doc get your testosterone levels and your Zinc levels checked (low zinc & magnesium is detrimental to men’s health) and look into Nettle Root extract.
  9. Why worry and take any when you can just get what you need as needed as they have many Currency Exchange shops all over the place there.
  10. Great result. Although, I think you errored in the title, shouldn’t it be 4,903 grafts total?
  11. A bit late to the comments but great results on the 2nd go, hairline and all looks very natural especially in the outdoor photo! Congrats man!
  12. LOL. I, nor anyone in the video mentioned any brand name-dropping, Nor is it my YouTube channel. I, personally can attest to positive results from this type of added routine, and my early results were around 3 months, even made a separate thread of my microneedling progress months ago.
  13. It’s good to be skeptical, although, since I started microneedling since spring of 2019, I’ve seen many more people joining the microneedling bandwagon and those that are consistent with it along with Minoxidil/Finasteride or both, have achieved pretty impressive results from all the cases I’ve seen. As for your question if the results are permanent, well, in my case, I did stop completely using minoxidil and do notice a slightly less result compared to a year ago when I used minox in conjunction, and the progress results I got on my temple triangles the hair is still there after all this time. I do suspect that if someone is not using Minox or Fin in conjunction with microneedling or if they stopped, the re grown hair will still be susceptible to DHT.
  14. Possibly, but I’m seeing lots of similar progress results with guys using a version of topical finasteride in combination with microneedling. Check out these channels on YouTube that also cover these type results: More Plates More Dates, Hairliciously.
  15. So, I saw this guys’ impressive progress post on one of the HT forums on Facebook and thought how great his results are just from his routine, helping him reverse his hair loss...and share it here...(if anyone seeing this post here is the person in the photos, I hope you’re okay with me sharing this amazing progress ) He said he was scheduled to get an HT around this month, but 3.5 months ago decided to give his routine of using MinoxMax (Minoxidil & Finasteride) topical and 1x a week micro needling his scalp using a derma pen with 1.5-2mm needle depth. This just goes to show, with a consistent and proper routine, good to great results are possible without surgery.
  16. Wow man! Progress looks fantastic. Just looked at your clinic before photos and your recent and what a great improvement, looking forward to seeing your 12 month and beyond updates.
  17. In my honest opinion, I think it looks pretty good still, given you’re two years post surgery and given just 3k grafts for the area. From looking at your original photos it does seem that your native hairs continued with its hair loss and what’s left is the transplanted hairs. That said, you have a good realistic attitude and if you wanted to I’m sure you could do another HT to fill things in a little.
  18. I haven’t tried it, but I’ve read on the tressless Reddit page people using Minoxmax, that has fin in it. Also, check out on YouTube, More Plates More Dates channel, he’s pretty knowledgeable and has his own store for certain topicals, usually linked in each hair related video.
