I had 2000 units for a hair transplant on my crown. Shortly after the surgery, within a month or two, I developed anemia due to parasites -- unknown to me. I had anemia for about 4 months after the surgery before I corrected it. I've read that hair lost due to anemia grows back. Will follicles planted after a hair transplant be destroyed if I had anemia post transplant? They seemed to take root ok within the first month after surgery. Will they too grow back once the anemia was corrected?
