Any idea why clobetasol propionate? That's a pretty powerful steroid...

Btw, can you share how you've been following his post-operative instructions? Ie. comment on the following: - Application of Clobetasol Propionate - 5mg of oral minoxidil - 1mg finasteride daily, alternating with 0.5mg dutasterida every 3 days - Daily intake of complidermol Thanks!

Wow this really looks awesome just 10 days after the surgery. There's nice growth and very little scars. I don't think you should have anxiety...

Sorry to stay on the grafts topic, but I was wondering about the no. of grafts quoted vs no. of grafts actually used? Did they differ, and if so, by how much? Were you charged for the extra grafts? I ask because different clinics have different pricing schemes - some base their quote based on the minimum and stick to that even if more are used, whereas others charge for the extra grafts. Also, what made you decide to go with Dr Freitas vs other surgeons in this range (eg. Fereira, Pinto, Maras, HLC, Pekiner)?

I notice that this is classified as Norwood 3 despite a very high level of recession with the hairline. But it does make sense overall, given the limitations of the Norwood system. I'm curious - there was little to no balding at the crown. How was this possible? Just genetics or medication played a role?

I'm relatively new to this but would appreciate if someone can help me understand this better. What exactly do the other doctors charging > 2.5 (Pekiner, Ferrier, de Freitas) do better than someone like Bicer who charges only 1.5 for micromotor extraction? I've looked extensively at all their results on here, as well os on Alopezie and Bellicapelli and see that Bicer's work seems equally good? 1. Is it just that it's more likely to be a hit and miss with the technicians doing the implantation? 2. is the micromotor technique inferior to the manual punch technique as far as graft survival and preservation go? Would really appreciate if someone can shed light on this. Bicer's work seems awesome but it seems like I'm missing something if it's an entire Euro cheaper than the other surgeons' work...
