  1. Day 6 pics.. So far no pain. Beard donor area seems to be healing well but the back of the head is still with crusts and no sign of falling off soon. Any suggestions for quicker healing? I was hoping that the grafts and donor area would look normal before 2nd Jan when I rejoin office.
  2. Day 2 pics below. Didn't have any pain the night after procedure. No pain killers were needed.
  3. First of all, I would like to thank HRN team for creating such a wonderful plaftorm for people to learn and share their experience on various topics and notably HT. Background: I have been a victim (😉) of hair loss since as early as Jr. College. Hair transplant was always on my mind since many years but never took the plunge. Now at 32, it seems my hair were in a hurry to leave me from last couple of years and expedited their process lately in the last few months. Such was my condition that few of my colleagues thought that I am 42 years old. Lmao 😄 After consulting my family and their push, I finally decided to go for HT. HRN, proved such a lovely medium to learn about HT, specially from various members posting their experience and actual results. Fast Forward: After reading about many HT experts and getting confused with the choices, finally decided to proceed with Eugenix (Dr. Sethi and Dr. Bansal). Couple of important reason I chose Eugenix: 1. They perform large number of grafts 2. Effectively use body hair as well My hair is of extremely fine calibre and less density. I knew that my donor area would not have enough hair for my 1st HT let alone for future needs as well. HT Experience at Eugenix: Today is my 7th Day post transplant and I thought to write my experience without any further delay. After contacting Eugenix, the response was very prompt, they asked to send some pictures as per their guideline to know about my hair condition and possible grafts needed. I used to be delusional that 1500 to 2000 grafts would be more than enough and will give me a dense look. However the myth was broken once I saw my own pics the way Eugenix asked me to click and send it over to them. I was informed that I would need 3000 gratfs on the frontal area to get a decent hairline. Booked my dates with Dr. Bansal for 20th Dec 2018 and arrived at their HQ in Gurgaon, India since I wanted to consult the same doctors for my post surgery procedure as well just in case if things don't go as planned. On 20th Dec, my consultation started at 10:00am with a doctor who took my blood pressure and some basic test required before the surgery. Dr. Bansal came to discuss the hair line design and suggested few designs as per the guideline. I already had a big forehead and wanted to retain a hairline which is close to what i had. After a few iterations, we finalised the hairline design. HT Procedure: I was given local anesthesia where HT was marked and Dr. Bansal started to make incisions. Later a team of Dr. Shishir and one more started the extraction from my donor area. From the begining, the team was friendly and humble. Even played some good music to lighten me up maybe because they saw how tense I was. Didn't realise how the first few hours went till we took a break for lunch. By now, I was already relaxed and we began rest of the procedure of extraction and implantation. What impressed me a lot was how Dr. Shishir informed me that he would suggest to take some beard hair instantly after looking at my donor area. This echoed my feelings which I had before HT. The technicains were experienced as well and formed a good team with Dr. Shishir during extraction and implantation. Overall so far HT experience with Eugenix has been wonderful right from customer service, HT and post HT communication. Below are some pics in chronological orders of before and after HT. Pics are from the clinic since it gives a better view. I will be uploading pics clicked from mobile for subsequent days going forward. Please feel free for any comments, suggestion and learnings which I need to follow post HT.
