  1. There you go. You don’t gotta sweat the hair too much then. How do u meet that many girls?
  2. U still able to pound out girls even tho ur hair isn’t exactly how u want it?
  3. Thanks, but what I’m asking is if grafts can still be damaged even if they are not dislodged? Like if they are rubbed or tugged at can their newly formed blood supply be damaged? Anything that could compromise yield
  4. Can grafts still be damaged even if there is no blood say at 6 days post op by vigorous rubbing of the skin when wet in the shower?
  5. What is the steroid injection for? Do you have an autoimmune condition?
  6. Lol did u throw in your last sentence so they don’t sue you? 😜
  7. I had alopecia areata. It started during a very very stressful time in my life and about 4 months after an orthopedic surgery. Visit a dermatologist and they will give you steroid injections (about every month in my case). If you have stress you need to try and get it under control and take care of yourself. Work out, sleep well, seek therapy to work out your problems. Good luck
  8. The lighting differences in the before and after are a bit deceptive. Dark background with flash will show better density. What’s the punch size? Looks to be .9-1.0 mm
  9. It’s really difficult today because of the hair length differences. The shorter hair makes the density look more uniform. It does look like there is a density increase behind the hairline however. Dr Gabel is highly regarded here. I’d continue to keep him in the loop. How long did he say to wait for before seeing more growth?
  10. 1. Please share some pictures so we can give you some opinions 2. Go ahead and name the doc. Y r u hiding his name and protecting him if you are unhappy with the result?
  11. 1. Did u continue losing hair while still being on fin and minoxidil the last 12 years? 2. How do u typically style your hair now? Do you use any products?
  12. Good result the patient seems to have significant thinning in the temporal areas. Does this mean they will experience thinning in the nape or donor?
  13. I’d def run this by your clinic/doc. I wouldn’t want to risk the scar stretching for life just to get in some cardio.
  14. Excellent response to every question. Not sure why Shera is taking the “I’m not gonna post in this thread anymore” route as this is clearly a discussion many of us want to see resolved as this patient is obviously distressed and fed up. It would be nice seeing how this all pans out.
  15. If you do a search of recently posted results this last 30 days you should be able to find it. I believe it was a crown transplant
  16. I’d tend to agree with most of the responses on this thread. I’d also consider looking into a scar revision surgery with someone like konior or Cooley. I’d consult and see what they say regarding how much of the wide scar is due to surgical issues vs your physiology. Good luck
  17. This is just my opinion so keep that in mind. If I was stuck on turkey only I’d add HLC, demirsoy (although I did hear of a poor result here recently), and keser (only if 2000 grafts or less as he doesn’t do many grafts per session). I’m sure there are other good doctors too
