  1. I would say as soon the grafts are taken from the donor capcity, it begins to look thin but the visibility of thinning depends on how many grafts are taken and whats the hair diameter). In my case donor area on the left side behind the temple point looks quite thin compared to right side. Maybe more grafts were taken from that side. But it can be easily covered by growing hair a bit. And in hairtransplant surgery, one should keep in my mind that the donor area will definetly look thinner after the surgery. Its quite obvious. But as long one gets goods results, i think it doesnt matter that much if the donor area gets a little thinner. I could have lived with that peacefully😋
  2. Yeah, i have seen your thread and maybe commented there too that both of us having identical issues ( low density, weak hairline especially right side, big gaps between grafts in hairline). Yeah cant doo much other than to wait and hope for something good to happen, til the 12 month mark. Do you know how many grafts do you have left? And would you consider a second transplant considering future hairloss on other area which is not treated?
  3. I had done a surgery earlier a few years ago in Oslo (mentioned in my intro of this thread) which was not successful. In that surgery the clinic lowered the hairline and Asmed had to operate according to the hairline established by the clinic in Oslo. So no fault of Asmed in this case.
  4. Thanks for the feedback mate. Ja, i try to make sure in every post that i am fair to clinic by clicking picz from every possible angle (and as asked by any member on this thread). Yes its true that my scabs fell off very late compared to a regular patient. I had to make use of a gaze in order to get rid of scabs by rubbing it on my transplanted area. I wonder some time that might be the reason of weak hair line and low density. I always have struggled with dandruff and dry skin maybe that was the reason scabs did not fall off by their own. Another reason could be that i was maybe too gentle in washing my recepient area! Not sure if my another surgery would be a option for me as i have utilized a large nr of grafts in the first go with Asmed. Have to take the other area ( which is never treated) in account while considering a second go, as i can experience further hairloss there. Will make a judgement about it after passing 12 months mark
  5. When did you have your second surgery? Can u please upload a current picture of your hair! concragulations for having a successful transplant surgery https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/52366-fue-4512-grafts-at-asmed-dr-erdogan/?page=2&tab=comments#comment-496053
  6. Thanks for the tip mate. I used wax from Define in those pictures. Just wanted to compare my current state with pre-surgery as i used same wax before. Agree with you that paste/clay add more volume to the hair, will try it in my next post.
  7. No, nobody is doubting payams intentions. Just asked him to make a update so we get to know his current status. Dont understand why are you getting so defensive on his behalf? And i think its quite a legit request as not any recent pictures have been posted from him i m looking forward to more updates as he mentioned that he will be posting new pictures this weekend. Also asked him to PM. And to be honest i feel he should be regularly making updates in this thread as many of this forum members are following his thread. And also in regard to be fair to Asmed one should make regular updates
  8. Thanks 4 sharing. I am dissapointed so far (almost 8 months) with the outcome of my surgery but have not given up all hope yet. Its just the hairline and area behind i am worried most about. We will get to know in 4 months, i guess if i am going to have a decent result or not 😉
  9. Thanks for the feedback friend. Ja my only hope is that tranplanted hair get thickens enough to give a better coverage/density. As i am already approaching 8 months i have very little hope of new growth. But lets see
  10. Ja, you shouldnt stress. Complete the cycle of 12 months and then make some conclusions. And inbetween be positive for any magic to occur. Good luck
  11. No, nobody at Asmed asked me about any updates. Sent them some pic at 6 month mark. And got told all looks normal and hair needs time to get mature. And to be honest i dont know what to ask either. One has to wait til 12 month to register a concern.
  12. Hey payam, can you update us with your latest results? Have you uploaded new pic in your thread?? https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/52366-fue-4512-grafts-at-asmed-dr-erdogan/?page=2&tab=comments#comment-495373
  13. Every one tells me i am maybe a slow grower! But how long can one expects new sprouting! I dont thinks thats the case with me. Lets wait and see a couple of more month to give a final call. Hang in there buddy & Good luck
  14. Do you know diameter of your hair? You hair seems very like mine! I had my surgery at Asmed in july 2018 and currently i am 7 and a half month post surgery. Struggling with a weak hairline and low density. Still hoping for the things to get better! another thing i noticed which is similar in our cases is that density at temple points is very good. Especially compared to area behind hairline. Grafts at temple never shed in my case. Have you had any shedfing at temples??
  15. Dont know what happened to latest results of the clinic. They had always remarkeable results til 2017/2018 but in the late the resluts are not so impressive! Hope things get better for every one.
  16. I had mine surgery of 4500 grafts at Asmed a month before you. Even though i had Little less hairloss compared to you and a surgery of more grafts, I am still struggling with a weak hairline and low density over all. Do you know the diameter of your hair? And are you finasteride?
  17. Can you share link of your thread? If you made one??? Did you take up the matter with the clinic?
  18. When did you have your surgery? Did you take up the matter with Asmed? What did they say? Too many questions but i am really worried about outcome of my surgery! Having same problem as yours, big gaps in the hair line btw do you know diameter of your hair i
  19. Insane results mate, you are a lucky fellow. do you know the diameter (hair thickness) of your hair?
  20. Here is my 7th month mark update. After a long time i used some styling product to style my hair to see how things looks now compared to pre surgery time. The outcome was not so desirable to say the least. Hair looked very thin and the density overall was quite poor as the whole scalp gets very visible. infact i can't differentiate between density on the transplanted area (front and midscalp) and non-transplanted area (backsclap+crown). The hairine have many wide gaps and it seems majority of the transplanted hair in the hairline have matured fully. To sum up: the things are not moving in the desirable direction.
