    The shedding of the hair can be uneven. It is normal if some areas shed faster than the others. It is also normal if certain areas of the scalp don't shed at all while the others shed off completely. Please don't worry. The hair roots are intact and they shall grow back.     It is looking good for 2 weeks. However, you will also experience shedding. The hairline and temple points have to be a little asymmetrical.     You did the correct thing by not applying too much pressure. I am sure the scabs must've come off by now. Your scalp looks great. However, please do be prepared for the shedding phase. For everything else, we are here for you.

    If you do not use Fiansteride then you will lose you're pre existing hair in due time. This will warrant for another procedure in the newly emptied areas. However, topical Fiansteride might help to some extent but it is not as effective as taking the tablets. Other treatments such as Minoxidil, PRP therapies etc can help boost the hair growth but definitely won't stop the progression of baldness. You can try and use 0.5 mg Fiansteride, i.e. 1 mg on alternate days and see of you still feel the side effects.

    For 3 months, your hair is looking good. Usually for people who experience rhe shedding of their hair, your look is achieved by the 4th to 6th month. However, please don't keep trimming or cutting your hair. Please allow them to grow longer for now until the 12th month. Then you can have a trim if you would like to.     Looks amazing. But the shedding of the transplanted hair is inevitable. Please do not be worried when that happens. It can start after the headwash itself or after a week or a couple of weeks.     1. I am 32 years old. 2. I am planning to take Fiansteride lifelong. So far I have no side effects. 3. The distance from my glabella to the hairline is 7 cms. I have a football field for a forehead. And thank you for your kind words. Means a lot to me.
