  1. Thank you for sharing your updates. Definitely in the shedding phase. No worries though. They shall start regrowing soon.
  2. If you do not have dandruff then you can leave Nizoral shampoo. You can switch to a mild shampoo like Dove or L'oreal. Nizoral shampoo does not cause hair loss or harm to the transplanted or non transplanted hair.
  3. Thank you for sharing your story. I have Bipolar disorder too. I am on Lithium to stabilize my mood. I used to be on anti depressants when I underwent a hair transplantation procedure. I am also on anti epileptic medications to control the shivering of my hands, medications for sleeping, medications for anxiety and also medications for my hair (finasteride and vitamin E). I'm not using Minoxidil because I find the routine tedious. So far I haven't experienced hair loss. I stopped Finasteride for 6 months once. I did not notice hair loss even then while I was on anti depressants. I hope you get a proper evaluation done. And I wish you a healthy cognitive state in the coming days. Thank you once again for sharing your story.
  4. Yes sir. Your journey has been inspiring to say the least. It gives hope to so many people.
  5. Hello. Thank you for your question. Dr Priyadarshini maam shall be in Gurgaon at your time of surgery. Have a nice day ahead.
  6. 1. I haven’t started working out yet. I do a 40 minute hiit workout. Would it be safe to start now based on your individual experiences. - You can resume your normal workput routine now. The workouts will not affect your hair in any manner. 2. I have been using topical minoxidil on my non transplanted area since day 7 after ht, when I can start microneeding on my non transplanted area( I left microneeding since my ht, before that I did it once in 10 days) - Let's halt the microneedling for the time being. We shall guide you on when you can resume it. But for now we can wait on it. You can also have the shedding of the transplanted hair. Please do not worry when that happens. They shall grow back. Apart from that everything looks great for 21 days.
  7. Current update. The hair growing long and strong. Still taking Finasteride. Taking Vitamin E capsules. Very high on proteins. Using L'oreal products for hair care such as shampoos and conditioners. I also have become a big fan of hair spa and treating my hair to healthy serums by L'oreal.
  8. 1) For those flying from the US what was the experience like traveling during covid? If I’m vaccinated do I still need to show a negative covid test upon departure and arrival in Delhi? - You shall be required to show a negative COVID test result when you arrive at the airport. Please carry it along with you. 2) My parents are from India and I’ve been there numerous times throughout my life. However, this will be the first time I’m going by myself as an adult. Since I can speak and understand Hindi and Punjabi I’m not worried about the cultural aspect. I am curious about things like how to use my phone, do I need to bring us electricity converters, do I primarily use my debit/credit card or is it better to use cash? My dad tells me he usually buys a sim card in India and puts it in his iPhone. I’ve never done this so I have no idea how to go about it. - You can use your card. Please notify your bank in advance that you shall be using your card internationally and hence they shall permit the same. You can use cash if you're comfortable. You can bring along your normal chargers. You can get convertible charger plugs here. You can buy a sim card at the airport or in the clinic itself. If you can speak to your phone service provider then they can make it possible for your sim to have international roaming and hence you can use your normal sim. If not then we can also help you get a sim card once you're in the clinic. 3) How painful is the procedure and what can I expect for the after care? Is the first night the most difficult as it pertains to sleep? - The procedure itself is not painful. The first pricks of anesthesia can sting but then it is completely painless afterwards. The sleeping positions shall be completely explained in details and you will not have a problem sleeping. We will teach you how to sleep saving your transplanted areas. 4) Eugenix recommends I stay for at least 4 days and on the 7th day I need to get my hair washed/cleaned. This can be done either by them or on my own. What are the pros and cons of both? I’m a little nervous about traveling so far and coming back home only to have issues related to after care/healing. - If you decide to stay for the headwas then we can perform the cleaning and other necessary things for you. Apart from that there's nothing much to be done. If you decide to go then we can teach you how to clean the areas. You can do it at home by yourself. You can also perform the first headwash by yourself. It is easy and we shall fully instruct you regarding the same. 5) What did you do in your down time in between getting the procedure and the flight back home? Was it mainly just resting at the hotel or going out and about? - You can choose to rest in your hotel or go out and about. It is completely dependent on your discretion. However, we shall be providing you a cap so that your scalp will be safe from dust and pollution when you are outside. If you have any more queries the please do state them and we can try to answer as much as we can.

  11. Looks good for the 2 month mark. The shedding is on point. The redness is still there. It shall go away soon. If you do decide to have a haircut then maybe you should trim the sides and let the hair on the top portion grow. Are you taking Finasteride? Please do reach out to us for anything you need. Wish you the best.
  12. Aww thank you sir. I went through the ugly duckling phase too. I wish you a speedy result.
  13. Thank you for sharing your pictures. You are a model patient. We are awaiting the best for you. I would suggest not shaving off your head and letting the hair grow out. I wish you the best Mr Melvin.
  14. For 5 months, this is stunning. We are so happy for you. We can only wish more growth and a complete and stunning result. Thank you for letting us serve you.
  15. Hope you are well. I believe that you must've had your first headwash also. The shedding phase is could begin anytime now. Please don't be worried if it does initiate early or doesn't happen at all. It differs from person to person. We are hoping to see your amazing growth in the coming future. Thank you for letting us serve you. Please do let us know if you shall require anything. We are right here for you.
  16. That is such wonderful news. Do let us know whenever you plan to come. It is always a joy to meet you.
  17. We are so happy for you. You are literally missed lot at Eugenix. Wish you the best ahead.
  18. It is okay for the hair to be frizzy for now. We would encourage not to go for a haircut and to grow the hair for until the 12th month. It would be amazing to see the full grown hair. Then you can go for a haircut. The density will keep improving. Looks absolutely incredible for 6 months.
  19. Nothing to worry about at all. It is okay for the skin to feel completely smooth. There will be regrowth in the future. For now, there can be uneven shedding. Please don't worry about it. It's okay.
  20. Do upload new pictures of yourself. We will love to see the progress. Hope you are well.
