  1. Hi all,

I'm on Tropical Finesteride and taking Biotin and Viciscal and minoxidil in a liquid form. I use this only once a day as if i used in the evening before going to bend it irritated my scalp. I also use Nizoral shampoo 2-3 times a week.

Had a HT with Stem cell therapy + PRP just under a year ago with Dr Bisanga clinic in Greece and had amazing growth in just matter of months and felt amazing ! Crown area 2700 Graphs.

In November I started to shed hair on a daily basis approx 10 hairs when applying minoxidil on wet hair after a shower. I was told not to worry and this will stop. Its now May and I am still losing 10-15 of thick hair and I have noticed going thin considerably where I had my HT Crown area 2700 Graphs.

Plus my hair feels quite shabby and lifeless and does not have the bounce it once it had.

I need help to stop this hairloss and I am thinking to stop using minoxidil and switch to the tablet form, and also stop using the Tropical Finesteride and start the oral form ?

Can someone please give me advice and recommendation pls?  I will post some pics soon as they are on my mobile.

    Anyone had similar experience?

  2. Hi everyone.

i had my HT last May with very good results around the crown with 2700 graphs and also PRP.
I am using biotin, other supplements, topical finasteride and Kirkland minoxidil. But only in the morning for the past 7 months or so.
now every time I use Kirkland minoxidil I see approx 10-15 hairs on my Palm on application and my wife says she can see thinning just below where I had my transplant. Am in in shedding phase ? am I using it too little ? Is it not good for me?

    pls help

  3. Hi All,

After reading so many posts and researching so many options. I narrowed my research down to Dr Kole and Bisanga and having a consultation with Dr Kole I made a decision as I am off work at the moment and go for it.

Yes I am nervous, I am excited but also worried how things will turn out. I am having apprxo 3000 Graphs in my crown and hairline, I dont want a aggressive hairline as im 42 and as advised by Dr Kole you have to maintain the donor in case of another HT in 10 + years time manybe??

What you think guys,?Dr Kole doesnt have much on forums but I have read about his work and he is a a legend in HT world. The price was affordable with the quality I am getting and didnt want to go into the unknown in Turkey as I am hearing the top docs are using less and less of the work. but thats not confirmed.

    Will post pre ops soon.

  4. Hi Melvin, are these just the surgeons you recommend? Or there are more ?

What are waiting times like.. I have been thinking of a HT for a few years but now ready to commit. I see people on meds before the ops and like to understand from the community what is the best approach with the current waiting lists and to take meds or not before the op?

    Thanks in advance.

  5. Hi Sean, so much info and so many pros and cons of each way, I’m hearing  finasteride has many side efforts which scares me and I’ve read that the generic ones are not as good as the original and it’s not been expensive.

What happened with your case? If you don’t mind sharing?? Where was the procedure done etc? Thanks in advance

  6. Thanks everyone. So that’s been decided now Manual DHT and now the tough part, finding a surgeon who is credible, great results and not too expensive. I do not and will not go to a factory shop as I’ve seen.

I see same names coming up again again. But surely must be others just as good.

i don’t mind traveling in Europe or turkey and would consider Pakistan too as my grandparents come from there. But only if they are really excellent

  7. Hi all,

Firslty Id like to comment on how wonderful and helpful this community is, with wealth of information and guidance. I have been reading the forum with intrest over the last year and finally after seen my head of hair ( Lack of it) in changing rooms, I decided its time to do something now and fast! I would really recommend you assistance and guidance as I am new and dont understand the complexities. I'm based in London 42 years old and I know

No Hair transplant treatments to strength existing hair

I have heard of monoxilin but not used it,  is this a safe option whilst other interfere with you hormones. Any other options to strength PMP

    Actual Hair transplant

I want to do a FUE but unsure of the following :

    1) To go for a Manual, Motorisied FUE

    2) to use Robotic, I would rather get a human touch?? to plant each graph but unsure

    3) I see density measures, what are these?

    4) how do you measure how good a surgeon is, I'm price consience but I want to go with some who has a history of good transplants, so understand this costs more and wulling to pay the exta and travel to Turkey, Belguim and else where in Europe.

    5) Here are my pics and any advice will be appricated!! look forward ot the replies.
