Sure it's agood sign but to be fair with Dr yamen as his clinic perform big numbers of surgeries which I Think it's not less than 2000 operation per year so if his clinic result with only 2 failure operation during this year it's mean he have 0.1% error for his total result and he insist to take corrective actions for this error by offer those patient another free session done by him self to reach this 100% successful result for his clinic so I think this how we should look to this matter to be fair .

Hi every one , I Think Dr. Yamen is one of the best doctors as during last week I Recived many many calls from his clinic to follow up with my surgery issue and they offer me another free session will done by Dr. Resul Yamen to correct my result at 05/10/2018 as per my request of timing also he promise me he will produce a fantastic Result . I trust him and I decide to do my 2nd operation with him to let him to prove to me and all followers How can the Best Doctors Change the result of their patient & take care of their medical issues. I think my case should be followed by pepole who are interested of this kind of surgery as my case it's real one face a famous doctor like Dr. Resul and he take this challenge to prove his technical abbilities . let's see what will be happened and I will continue reply at this topic after 2nd session . Sure Melvin no surgeon get great result but the main difference between the best doctors than the rest is how they treat their patient after surgery & how they bear their responsibility toward failure surgery. I would like to thank you for your concern about my issue and I am still waiting Dr. Yamen response as he suppose got the full knowledge & Information about my case .

My case which I share it with all members & specialist to get advises toward this medical issue . Really I prefer to focus our concern to follow Dr. Yamen ability to Solve medical issue which will reflect his real medical capabilities. Already I attached Dr. Resul certificate of operation at my public topic and already send private message to Bill & Melvin as per their request including this certificate & my personal data. let's wait Dr. Yamen response & see his ability to solve my issue which will reflect his capabilities for patient care after surgery and ability to bear his responsibility toward my surgery failure . This will be practical case for Dr. Yamen to Prove his medical ethics & professionalism

Thanks a lot for your concern about my issues but really HT of 4680 Graft it's suppose to cover my bald scalp at least with 70% of required density but the actual result up to 10 months not exceed 30% of coverage . I think which I Mention above is a realistic expectations and fair about surgery. Also I send this issue with photo to assistant of Dr. Yamen / Mr.. Mohammed Abdullah for many times to get any medical directions from doctor but no response from Dr. Yamen Clinic so I Think this is Unrealistic expectations from Dr. Yamen Here you can get Dr. Yamen Certificate of Operations include required data from you . thanks,

Hi every one, Already I transplant 4680 Graft by Dr. Yamen since 10 months at 1st of Nov. 2017 but really the result is a very low hair density which at maximum level not exceed 30% of number of grafts which transplanted . any one can advise me what should I do to resolve this issue
