  1. If you never mentioned it was a 19 days, nearly everyone here would of guessed it was about weeks 2-4, that's how normal that looks so don't worry. What's not normal is that you did not expect any shed loss, did you just walk in off the street for surgery with no research at all ?
  2. If their was a pot of cream that could get you results like that without any surgery in twelve months, it would retail for £10k a pot. Enjoy !!
  3. I would imagine any transplanted hair that has not shed by week 6 is ok to buzz off, as long as your scalp has healed properly and you have no skin condition.
  4. I buzzed my native hair including donor 3wks post 1700FUE. I'm now coming up to 5 weeks and will probably still look ok until 6 weeks, then i will have to decide if i am going to buzz it all over including the recipient area. I will probably buzz it all 6 weeks and keep doing that until 4 months is up. So to recap. Head buzzed by Surgeon day 1 3 weeks in i buzzed it all except recipient 6 weeks i will buzz it all including recipient Then repeat that process 9 wks 12 wks 15 wks and possibly 18 wks After 18 wks i will start to let it all grow out and see how we go If native hair grows quicker i will buzz again every 3 weeks until recipient can keep up.
  5. No real pain for me 1700 FUE, i have plenty of tattoos, on a pain scale i would put tattoos at a 6 or 7 depending on where you have it, FUE HT i would put on the scale as a 1, in fact the injections at the beginning were the worst part but even that was only a 2 on the scale. Root canal pain, now that is the mother of pains.

  7. buzz your head weekly for 3 months, then watch it all grow back together, rather than suffer the ugly duck stage. tell your colleagues what you have had done. be honest and genuine, thats my advice. good luck made2care.
  8. Can't you take a two-three week vacation ? Have the procedure on day one, then jet off somewhere to recover. It wont matter who see's your healing scalp they'll all be strangers.
  9. Coconut oil, just a little gently rubbed in and left over night, or longer if you can, my hair is buzzed short so i just leave it and wash it out after 48 hours, and repeat.
  10. I look forward to posting my score at 12 months post, currently i'm only 2 weeks post.
  11. Rate your FUE results from 1-10, if you have had more than one FUE procedure rate them collectively. 1. Very much below expectations. 2. 3. 4. 5. As expected. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Very much exceeding expectations.
  12. I agree on the rushing. I think how long a procedure takes is more relevant to a quality job than how much you paid. I had 1700 FUE in just under 8 hours, apart from a short break of maybe 15-20 mins it was all go with the surgeon and 3 tech's.
