  1. If SMP is not an option, I'd keep finning and forget about the transplant. Just my 0.02¢
  2. I'd like to explain why I MISTAKENLY thought there were double hair grafts in the front. Transplanted hair from the back is thicker than baby, thin, sometimes colorless, single hairs at the hairline. If you're implanting strong single hair grafts from the back of the head, those strong, single hair grafts will stand out against the thin, sometimes colorless, baby single hairs at the hairline. So the choice is between strong single hairs in the front hairline vs leaving the hairline alone. Am I wrong? But overall, the transplant looks fantastic.
  3. I just looked at your face and your hairline again. Dude. Forget the surgery for now. Try the temporary SMP.
  4. This is a tough call, bro. You've decided to fin. That was a smart idea. You picked a top doc. Another smart idea. You're worried that the risk of surgery may trump the reward. That also makes sense. If I were you, I'd first look into temporary scalp micropigmentation. It's risk free.
  5. Are you on "fin"? If you're willing to fin, I'd fin for a good year before I get "Diep'd". Finning may be enough. You may not need to get Diep'd.
  6. I can guarantee you 100% that fin is MUCH more potent than minox in most cases. Not even close.
  7. Karadeniz's website states that 5,000 hairs cost 2300 Euro. Or maybe that is the cost for the surgery done by the technicians rather than the doctor, himself.? In any case, I would go with Karadeniz. Just my 0.02¢
  8. If you're willing to take finasteride, you should start using it today. Don't wait until tomorrow. Do it today.
  9. I prefer manual. YouTube: "Dr. Feller rotary/suction machines." According to Dr. Feller and many others, motorized FUE may damage grafts.
  10. From what I know: Pros: Very affordable. He does most of the work. Reputation for doing things right. Seems very smart. He has PH.d Can do FUE or FUT. Can do manual or motorized extraction.
  11. Die you decide to use finasteride? Results looks clean so far.
  12. I would just let it be. I'd be terrified of damaging the grafts.
  13. Dr. Karadeniz in Turkey charges the same as Yaman. Karadeniz does all the work himself (FUE & FUT). He's one of only 3 doctors in all of Turkey who does all the work himself. Many have said great things about him. He also possesses a PH.d. He likes to use motorized extraction for FUE, whereas Erdogan's technicians use manual. Manual is better, I think. Tough choice.
  14. It looks SUPER clean! Please keep us updated! You can never take enough photos for all of us to see and analyze! Please give us as much written and photographic detail about your journey as possible! You will be helping TENS OF THOUSANDS of people! And of course, GOOD LUCK!
  15. Why not go with Dr. Nader in Mexico? I can't find one bad review but I personally spoke with a very satisfied customer who has recommended his friends to Nader, as well. All were very satisfied. Dr. Nader does EVERYTHING himself. $2.50 per graft. Only does manual FUE! Check out "YouTube: Tom Forrester."
  16. Is there a way that you can find out who your technicians will be? How much experience each of them have?
  17. OP probably wants to know if he can remove grafts in the case of a poorly constructed hairline (double grafts on the hairline). Am I right, OP? The answer is "yes," but please try to avoid doing this.
  18. Buddy. Please keep updating at least once a month. Please don't let us down.?
  19. What we all want to know..... Which clinic? Technicians or doctor? Price? Close-up of hairline by lifting it with a comb? Thank you, and good luck. Looks good, so far.
  20. Forget about a hair transplant. Get temporary SMP instead. 15 times cheaper than a hair transplant. No drugs. No surgery. No post-op recovery. No pain. No risk of..... Infection, transection, nerve damage, shock loss, poor angulation, buried grafts, multiple sessions chasing lost hair, etc.
