  1. The choice by the patient for such a low widows peak looks slightly unnatural due to density at the peak not exactly matching about an inch or two above but that may be a result if the patient used any hair styling product in his hair in the photo ...but...temple points look great, and overall, some fine work. ?
  2. Looks fantastic man! Just imagine how much density those grafts will give you 12-months from now! ??
  3. You’re welcome. i would wait until 12 more months to see better results before I would say it’s the worst decision of your life. I have never heard or read of anyone doing a hair transplant on their donor area to repair, it does not make sense, it will just be moving grafts around and make the donor area much much worse. But, you can after 12-18months get scalp micro pigmentation (SMP) done in donor area to cover the empty spots, but wait to see the full results in 12-18 months from now.
  4. You’ll be fine. Air travel is the safest way to travel in recent times, and if you choose a reputable doctor/clinic they should be handling all your needs the moment you exit the airport. And, you’re welcome!
  5. Looks great! If the scalp redness was not present it would look like you did not undergone any ht procedures.
  6. From your photos you did not look like you needed a transplant. You are a good example of the risk that is involved with getting a hair transplant at a young age that may not be necessary at the moment, with the risks involved of damaging nature hair. But, I agree with Melvin, it definitely looks like shock loss which will recover with a lot of time and patience, although, any damage in donor area from over harvesting grafts may not get better, but don’t stress too much, it’s done now just be patient.
  7. The information above that I gave might seem obvious and should have easily been given to you by your clinic or their representative, if they did not, I would find a better clinic to book a procedure with. Best of luck.
  8. 1. Valid passport that is valid for at least 6-months more til expiration 2. Turkish eVisa - $20, obtainable via the Republic of Turkeys eVisa website 3. Flight tickets 4. Travel insurance (usually covered with credit card used to purchase plane tickets but sold additionally for a minimal fee when booking flights)
  9. Hi You’ve probably gotten a satisfactory result so since you have not posted an update, or maybe not, please post any new photos as to how you’re growth has been, thanks.
  10. I agree. While your balding seems to be harsh, you are better off waiting a few years to see how much the loss has progressed more so, but in the mean time, you could go to a dermatologist or even an inexpensive online finasteride subscription service get on finasteride to see how well it may help, same goes for minoxidil, and, shave your head to a #1 since hair loss is much more noticeable with long hair, and wear a baseball hat as often as you can, you are young so not out of the ordinary to wear one regularly, you could go the scalp micropigmentation route too or save that cost towards your HT. Good Luck!
  11. Yeah, it’s normal, and after another week or two, you should start shedding most of the rest of the transplanted hairs, then the ugly duckling waiting rest phase, then the start of the growth phase to look forward to by Christmas time....which seems a long way off but now seems to get here faster and faster haha ?
  12. I agree, not bad for 6-months with many more to go. To me there looks to be more improvement from even looking at your Sept 5th post and photos to be honest with you, if a couple of weeks can improve this much then several more months will hopefully as well.
  13. An absolutely fantastic result, very happy for you! You still have some more months of possible improvements, hope to see, thanks for sharing your journey!
  14. Very good and Informative post, thanks for sharing! Good luck! Looking forward to your progress updates.?
  15. Looks good, don’t worry all that much of about the scabs coming off with transplanted hairs, that is normal, they were going to shed and fall out anyway with a scab or without, they will grow back. The hairline design with widows peak and triangle temples look very good IMHO, I’m not a fan of straight line or slightly curved hairlines they look unnatural. Good luck!
  16. Hairline and progress looks great so far ... and you STILL have an additional 6-12 months of more improvement. Thanks for posting! Keep the updates coming!
  17. Order a couple of different shades of powdered (not liquid or paste) concealing make up that might match your skin color from Amazon along with cotton balls and gently dab on area needed, should easily come off when showering.
  18. Dr. Yaman, thanks for the clarification of your technique and method, as well as the longer informative video.
  19. Reading your posts, at first, you were concerned, then many months post-op you say you are “a lot happier”, and now you say you are not happy. It seems your expectations seem varied, but if it is the case that the clinic improperly placed grafts and graft types then they should obviously rectify this for you and definitely give you better communication as to how and when, after all, a good reputation does not last if patient concerns are being ignored. But...it is also on you to prove your case with high quality photos of your current situation as well as posting photos of your hair and scalp prior to the procedure, quality pictures speak louder than a back n forth forum debate.
  20. The video posted of the “new” tool and technique is somewhat confusing, in the video the animation shows the implanter tool implanting a graft into a pre-made hole/slit but the actual procedure footage shows random implantation without a pre made slit in recipient area. Please clarify which is correct.
  21. Looks like you’re progressing very well and within proper timing, good luck and looking forward to your updated progress on here.
