Evening folks, thought I would check back in on this thread after having a turnaround (lots of weighing up pro's and cons over the past 5 years or so) and deciding to 'try' finasteride. After 5 consultations they all mention trying it, and that it could be the game changer to help establish what I can offer long term.

I started at the end of March and I can honestly say Im impressed, so far no side effects whatsoever in mood (maybe even heightened although they say thats the change in testosterone) or libido/functionality. I dont have massive growth around the crown or temples, but something is happening and it does make me feel very positive.

Just curious how many have a HT and use finasteride to help them along and how many prefer not to. Its impossible to gather that data, but would be interesting to know 😀

I hadnt seen this before, reading through from page one & seeing the whole journey is inspirational! Thats some hairline, I can see why you're so happy with it, and fair play for going with no fin. I wonder what the stats are for guys that do/dont use it for hair preservation in & around a HT

Truly amazing results, such a detailed summary too. The guy must be beyond happy, as stated his age has been lowered dramatically.

Fasting is a great suggestion,  started couch to 5k app a few year ago and now run 3-7 miles each run maybe 2-3 times a week. I think that helps, as well as kettlebell workouts (loads on youtube)
