Totally agree, it’s unacceptable & shouldn’t be allowed.

My Experience with Dr Richard S. Keller
Raker replied to chicago2017's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
You must be very disappointed, I would be. Ask for a refund and go elsewhere. The very fact he’s not posting post surgery images of your crown at the correct angle is worrying, unfortunately this all comes at a cost to you both financially & cosmetically. -
Brilliant, looks like a different person. Keep up the great work.

FUT vs FUE vs FUSS - FUE is FUT
Raker replied to Bill - Seemiller's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Great piece of information, everyday is a school day. -
Lupanzula charges FUT €2.5 per graph & FUE €4 per graph + 21% VAT - tax was introduced by the government because it’s a cosmetic procedure.

Couldn’t Have Surgery With Dr. Diep - Here’s Why
Raker replied to Legend007's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Legend, apologies but i’m not trying to hijack your thread but honestly feel you’re the victim of this fiasco. Hope it all works out for the best. -
Couldn’t Have Surgery With Dr. Diep - Here’s Why
Raker replied to Legend007's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Jean, look at it logically, if you were waiting on payment for several months and you were advised the monies were on their way within a day or two would you decline the payment? I certainly wouldn’t. -
Couldn’t Have Surgery With Dr. Diep - Here’s Why
Raker replied to Legend007's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
You should read what you post we’re now back to money again, whoever mentioned “charity” you’re missing my very simple point, there’s no flexibility in Dr Diep’s approach. In an act of kindness/understanding he could easily have moved the goalposts but he didn’t, by your response you’ve endorsed his business philosophy, not nice. -
Couldn’t Have Surgery With Dr. Diep - Here’s Why
Raker replied to Legend007's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Bill, thanks for the response. I don’t remember referring to this case as a charity perhaps you can remind me of when I did? I understand business and its needs my point was simply the rigidity of Dr Diep’s approach, in business there are times that you show some understanding to a patient’s circumstances, this was not evident, period. To me this is not about who’s right and who’s wrong but about assisting the patient towards a suitable & realistic solution for all involved. Anyway, keep up the good work. -
Couldn’t Have Surgery With Dr. Diep - Here’s Why
Raker replied to Legend007's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Melvin, your analogy of queuing for a pumpkin pie versus the financial & contractual obligations of a hair transplant is absolutely ridiculous. Again based on the information presented - surgery kept informed of monies en route, deposit paid, agreement in place, date booked, time off work etc etc etc for the sake of 24 hours I for one would not deny somebody their allocated slot for “cosmetic” surgery. That’s why in my view money is the motivator, at least can we both agree it’s a business. -
Couldn’t Have Surgery With Dr. Diep - Here’s Why
Raker replied to Legend007's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Based on the information provided it seems harsh for Dr Diep to cancel, undoubtedly he made the final call. Another example of it’s all about the money. I struggle to understand the inflexibility given the fact this surgery was booked & deposit paid as per conditions of the contract many months in advance, another twenty four hours shouldn’t be a deal breaker. Suppose when you have a waiting list as long as his you can do what you want, business as usual then. -
Going for 4000 Graft FUE with Dr. Osman Tayfun
Raker replied to NotBald4ever's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Never heard of him but hopefully you’re being realistic & the 4000 graphs is enough to satisfy your expectations, good luck with the surgery. -
Name that Hair Transplant Myth
Raker replied to Bill - Seemiller's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
For me it’s “100% success guaranteed” unfortunately there are individuals that fall for this crap. -
Super nervous about procedure! Help me team!
Raker replied to TrixGlendevon's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Ultimately it’s your call, but if you’re on this forum like me then you have an issue with your hair, it won’t resolve itself. If you’ve satisfied yourself with the surgeon/practice etc do it now, get it out of the way, look forward to Xmas & hopefully 2019 will bring new beginnings. -
In my opinion you may want to consider looking further afield than the UK, I’ve seen little to impress me. I live in Ireland and I’m leaning towards Spain/Belgium for surgery, for FUE 3-5 Euro per graph seems to be the norm, happy hunting. Remember, it’s a marathon not a sprint to find the right Surgeon, do your due diligence.

Melvin, let’s get real, assuming that Asmed are relocating, to justify the financial & capital outlay will not be to accommodate additional patients Erdogan is running a business for financial gain, he’s going to up the throughput, period. That said, we all understand what you get, tech driven with limited personal involvement. Time to put a lid on this thread, getting tiresome.

Out of interest what surgeon did you settle for? I’m waiting for Dr Vila to confirm availability for surgery.
