  1. Thanks. It's important for people to know that as alot of people say different things in this forum and that memo pretty much ends any speculation. As long as a clinic consistently produces natural results then it doesn't matter how many patients a day they have although of course if you start to scale up at some point quality can be compromised.
  2. Yes I went there in October they told me 6. In fact it's more than 6 now as he has hired 2 new surgeons. He him self sent a memo out to everyone on this forum explaining what is going on. I have linked this post below.go to post on Jan 8. From everything I have observed before and after my surgery it's always better to see results posted by patients .. they are your average results because clinics will always post their best results.
  3. Dr mwamba its good to have a real expert's opinion on here. Do you usually have to remove the pluggy grafts? Or if there is scope for lowering the hair line- just create a slightly lower and more natural hairline and camouflage the pluggy grafts ?
  4. Good result !But surely from the hundred patients a month you can show more good results of more aggressive hairloss patients ?and just generally more clinic posted results seeing as you have so many patients a month and you post one a month.
  5. I went there in October. They do a maximum of 6 patients a day. Now dr Erdogan does his max of 6 in the new clinic and his new doctors do another 2 patients. Dr Erdogan himself sent a memo out to everyone here on the forum explaining all this a couple of months back. Below is the link to the thread. If you go to Melvins post on Jan 8 he pasted an email he received from Dr Erdogan. https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/50882-3600-grafts-dr-koray-erdogan-13th-march-2018/?page=24
  6. Looks great from where you were pre OP. How many grafts did you have in the crown area ? I've heard alot of people say crown takes longer would love to know why from an expert on here.
  7. Just a quick update on the crown area. I'm 5.5 months post OP now. Certainly feels more hairier when I put my fingers through the crown. Crown was my biggest problem so hoping for more improvements over the next 3 months which In terms of new hairs popping is a very crucial period coming up. Will post a full update in a few months.
  8. Thsts the one I ordered.im using pai shau. J.t uses it and it's really good on the scalp . I stopped minox a long time ago as my hair just got worse and worse using it. Havnt updated yet but here is me at 5 months and 10 days :
  9. Slowly getting better by month 9 -10 I'm sure you'll be over the moon. Have you considered buying a smart phone attachable microscope ? I just bought it for 15 pounds of amazon it's really good because you can see exactly what's happening at such close zoom. I just drag it through the scalp and i see whats there on my android.Check these pics :
  10. Nice progress you must be over the moon. Is it possible to take photos like you took a few months post op so we can see how it looks close up from above and hair pushed back etc..
  11. Noted Melvin no problem. I couldn't not reply back to Steven when he posted on here and then of course it just goes on and on. Let's get back to Payum
  12. He did have a choice we all have a choice. If this messes up like the previous one at the same damn place he may not be able to repair it and if he went through the right channels he would have got a partial refund (again we are not aware if he was refused refund). We call the shots right up to the point of sitting In that chair no one hasto go through with it just because they refused a refund. The pain and paranoia of the post op would be greatly reduced if you don't go back( to some one who he described as a disaster result) and go to someone of a higher standard-yes more money but it'll be worth it. Thats not to say asmed is a really bad clinic because it's not but to go back to any clinic where you've had a disaster as he describes just defies logic.
  13. In that case we should close this website becsuse everyone has opinions and there are no qualified experts on this site apart from the odd doctor. You complained your ass off and then you went back to the same place now don't complain if it it's still a disaster.
  14. I commented on your mental status. Some people have serious ocd and whilst your result wasn't fantastic you have to realise no transplant will ever create the illusion of density that the hair fibres you put in do. If anyone saw all your YouTube videos your personality screams "not a candidate for a hair transplant." But what's done is done let's hope you do have a good result but please do not rant and rave about it if it's a "disaster" as you say again, you went back to a place whom you wernt happy with it all. Once you've had the experience you say you had, just like any service or product why would anyone in their right mind go back? I'm sure they took extra care this time but let's see.
  15. Not disputing that it lacks density but to go back there after all that? You Just said it was a disaster (which it isnt) but it's not great either but then from that experience to go back to the same clinic is completely ridiculous if this is a disaster as you say again.. then you really shouldn't post about it and you'll have only your self to blame as there are bad clinics out there (not that asmed is that bad) and to go back there was crazy. It's not like you complained about something minor which could be dealt with very easily by going back there. You were seriously angry at the result and experience .
  16. Payum I feel for you however just remember this is not a complete disaster. The donor is probably well intact and angles seem fine. It's a question of adding density yes it's still unacceptable density but trust me when I tell you if you go to the real top guns who really care for the patient and attention to detail is second to none and spend the whole time with 1 patient , then although still nothing is guaranteed - at least you give yourself the best possible chance of a good result. This next step is vital, you have a lifeline and one more chance to put it right do not let price even be a consideration. However, before you even consider another surgeon make sure you get at least a partial refund you can go through here or I.a.hrs (better) but what ever you do not go back to them no matter what they say. Once you lose confidence in a clinic no matter how good they are or have been it really is dumb to even go back there. Look at planet steven he ranted so much about how disappointed his experience and result was and still went back there! And he won't be happy when his second result comes through I assure you although he is very OCD and really isn't a good candidate based on his mental status.
  17. Hang in there you're on course I'm just a month behind you I know exactly how you're feeling. 6-8 months is where the meat of the new growth takes place so don't worry.
  18. And the clinic will say wait till 18 months no doubt. If they do . Tell them to not insult your intelligence contact i.ahrs and get the ball rolling in some sort of refund, use that money and go to a Dr. Who does all the work and has time for you. You have 1 chance now to sort this you need someone who's going to treat every remaining graft like gold and don't count on body hair it only grows so long it's not as simple as it seems.
  19. I tried tweezing a few and they came out easily..Just the hairs nothing else came with it such as a graft. I'm assuming this now leaves space for hairs to come through. Still very confusing.
  20. Melvin I'm getting a bit anxious about something. I noticed there was something stuck in my crown and just dragged it out it was a hair with some sort of residue or dry skin stuck to it. How can this be happaning at 5 months ?
  21. Great result. Would like to see alot more posted By the clinic if they're doing 6 patients a day potentially over 100 a month give or take but on average only post 1 a month.
  22. Didn't get the temples done. Right now I have a zero fade so you can't really see it anyway. If you go to my pre op photos you can see it.
