    Hi, I am 24 years old and I have lost all my hairs at front of my head. So I was thinking of doing hair transplant. That's why I have contacted with AHS in India and they informed that they have two types of procedure for me which are strand by strand-ultimate and strand by strand-cosmetics. Can anyone please tell me which procedure I should take since I have seen some comments in this site which made me confused whether I should really proceed with my problem. Moreover if I chose strand by strand-ultimate will I able to get a permanent solution? As I don't want to wear any wig in my head for the rest of my life. Kind Regards, All
