  1. Thats good to hear. I have not touched the grafted zone with clippers at all yet. I plan to just let it all grow out for a year before I trim that area. I am also using Minox (twice a day) for early regrowth and I think it has definitely been working. I have been comparing my results with other Konior patients on this forum and everything looks to be on schedule.
  2. 1700 grafts got you that result? That looks really solid man! I have similar hair loss as you and got just over 2100 grafts in my frontal zone from Dr. Konior. I hope I look like this in about 3-4 months lol. I have just passed the 3 month mark and my grafts have really started to grow in. If you don't mind me asking, are you on any meds (Minoxidil or Finasteride)? Thanks.
  3. http://http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/145324-%2Aphotos%2A-placing-grafts-front-hair-system.html http://http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/174588-raymond-konior-md-%96-chicago-%96-hairline-restoration-hair-piece-patient.html Above are two examples of this approach and they look extremely natural to me. The second link is something along the lines of what I am considering. My only concern would be possible damage to the remaining hair under the hair system as my hair loss in the mid-scalp/crown is not as advanced as that individual, not yet at least.
  4. Gillenator, I have seen you mention this approach on various hair loss forums and I am very interested in wearing a partial "circular" hair system for the crown. I am wondering why this approach is not utilized more often; especially for those on the higher end of the Norwood scale. I tried looking for results for this type of hair restoration and I could not find much results/information. Would you be able to share any results?
  5. I agree with Speegs, do not let geography hinder your research. Definitely consult with some doctors in the US as well. I'm a fellow Canadian, and we are around the same age and I headed south for my first procedure. It was a FUE with Dr. Konior and it was literally the best decision of my life. Dr. K is simply amazing. I would seriously consider consulting with him as well, especially since your considering FUT by the looks of it. The price difference won't be THAT significant either considering Dr. Konior usually achieves more with less grafts. Good luck with your research!
