  1. Maybe a slight increase in body hair growth & thicker beard hair. No other side effects.
  2. I started shedding about five weeks in, lasted about 5 to 6 weeks, then completely stopped. I saw significant results about five months in. (Note: I never was on topical minoxidil). This is the only medication that has truly given me noticeable results.
  3. I’ve been on 2.5 mg for just over five months with great results. Definitely my hair is thicker and more of it and just about zero shedding now.
  4. Only sides are more fine hair at the temples and upper back. Hair on head & donor area are much thicker. Over 5 months in and great results. Prescribed by my primary doctor.
  5. I’ve been on 2.5mg for 5 over months now. I can honestly say it’s the Best thing I’ve done for my hair and the best results over any other medication. My hair has thickened and more of it. I did go through a shed at the 6 week mark for about 3 weeks. Now I barely shed any hair at all, that’s a 1st. It’s been awesome for me so far. Very happy!
  6. Sixth month update, filling in nicely. Very happy at this point and going with Dr. Aronovitz. Photos Before & 6 Months
  7. 3 month update, took a quick picture. Hair straight back, before surgery and at 3 months. So far looks like my HT is heading in the right direction. Photo on left is before. Photos on right are at 3 months - straight back and the way I wear my hair.
  8. My one month update. So far it's already starting to fill in, I think about 20 to 30% of the grafts started growing from the start. A good start so far. All photos are with hair straight back before and at one month. 1st photo is before, 2nd 1 month wet and 3rd 1 month dry.
  9. Looks great at 10 months! I hope more doctors start doing long hair FUE. It would really work good for people that want to conceal a HT and for ones that have the FUT scar.
  10. Day 4 photos (wet & dry) everything looking like it should. I will update at 1 month - 6 month & 1 year. Still feel great! Doing my normal activities.
  11. Hi All, Just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Leonard Aronovitz in Michigan. My age 47. I had surgery 6-30-17 to add density in the frontal mid area. My consultation with him was very in depth and honest. My last HT was 11 years ago (total of 6 HT's 3920 grafts) with different Doctor. My FUT scar did get wide in 11 years, he addressed that with me and my options. My surgery went fantastic. He added 1,162 grafts to the area to add density. Dr. Aronovtz and his staff are top notch. The best experience I have had to date. I took no pain meds or even Ibuprofen after I left the office. I feel great and still do 3 days post. I have only used ice and Prednisone in the morning for swelling. Can't wait to see the final result. Two photos are before - next three are right after surgery - one photo of one of the many donor dishes the staff was cutting in to grafts. Last two photos 3 days post taken today and last photo after shampoo and wash.
