  1. Anyone know someone or anyone here who was a smoker and had a successful hair transplant ? I quit a month before my OP. 4 days after I had sheesa. 7 days later started having 3-5 cigs a day and then after two weeks continued with 5 cigs and then quit again. I have been going through some personal issues and I fell for the trap and I feel horrible. Are there high chances I've ruined the whole surgery? Would nothing grow ? One month post op I've had little shedding and I'm paranoid it's because of smoking and maybe the grafts are dead or something. Please share your experiences thank you
  2. Does late shedding imply growth will be late as well? And does late shedding have anything to do with the possibility that grafts are damaged because I'm assuming if these hairs don't fall or grow in future that means the grafts were screwed ?
  3. I noticed a lot of hair fall off when the scabs fell but was surprised so much hair stilll remained and even with washing and shampoo daily they aren't shedding
  4. Hello, It's been one month today and I've had not much shedding. Is this a really bad sign? Not sure what this means. I THINK my hair has grown since day 1 but either way I'm attacking my day 1 pics and pics now. What do you guys think? Is this a bad sign? Grafts are dead ?
  5. In the pic please note I did my surgery in the front area and the crown area
  6. Hello, I would appreciate if any smokers who have gone through HT can respond to this. Also please refrain from general health effects advice, I am hoping for your opinion specifically related to my HT. I used to be a regular smoker and quit a month before my procedure. 9 days after up to 14 days I had 2-3 cigs and thereafter I started regular smoking because I fell weak. What are the chances my surgery is ruined due to my weakness in starting again? Will no new hair grow now? Also it's been 3 and half weeks now and scabs are out but there is quite a bit transplanted hair still on the recipient area that has not shed. Do you think the smoking killed the grafts and that's why this is happening? I did 4000 grafts. Please let me know your thoughts. Please see attached picture as well. Thanks in advance everyone!
