  1. Hair loss spray combining topical Finasteride and Minoxidil launched in UK. Thoughts? Gimmick of genuine?
  2. This is unbelievable I’ve been lurking for years on this site. I don’t post much but been following your Progress. And from what I can see with your hair loss as it was this is the best hair transplant I have ever seen!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
  3. Good luck I’ll be looking forward to seeing your progress as much as I love seeing posts from all the others on here from Eugenix. One question, can a dermatologist see if you have a thinning donor area then? How does that work?
  4. Exactly that’s my point from earlier. You don’t look bald anymore and that’s the main thing. Looks fab. Gives us hope to us Norwood 6 and 7s everywhere
  5. Looks fab @Zoomster you look a bit like Will Mellor with the hair now.. The point I wanted to make is people always go on about density and of course the denser the better. But even if this was it now, the main thing is. You don’t look bald anymore. That’s the whole point of a procedure in my eyes. From a Norwood 6/7 perspective anyway.
  6. Hi everyone where’s the cheapest place to buy this if from the UK and for the best quality one? Thanks
  7. I think with hairline as I’ve mentioned I’m 10cm/4inches from eyebrow to hair line. But that’s who I am. I think if you’ve always had big hairline it would look weird if lowered. I’d say stick to where your hairline was before
  8. Eugenix seems to be doing amazing things with Norwood 6 and 7s
  9. I have a big forehead which will help if I decide to have a hair transplant. As there will be less to cover!! Lol. Out of interest I’m 4 inches from in between my eyebrows to my small tuft of where my hairline is. What’s everyone’s?
  10. Ok thanks for the feedback... So @Melvin-Moderator let’s look at this then. We have.. 1. A centre like Eugenix that can give you an illlusion of a head of hair.. that can treat high norwoods with a poor donor area, that is relatively cheap, by a recommended on here doctor, without really having to take medication. isn’t this the holy grail?
  11. @paddyirishman @Zoomster thanks for your feedback and pics. It’s great to see. What did they say about your donor areas? Weak? Strong? And what was the consultation in London like @paddyirishman? Did they look at you and go “yep your a candidate” or was it just a get to know and ask questions type of consultation? Thanks Jon
  12. There has been clearly some good work by Dr Cinik. Check out the patients review section. It’s all very clear
  13. I’d say you have similar to mine. I’ve had some great advice. I’m still unsure. Having the guts to do it is the other thing.. In my job I visit a lot Asian clients and it’s amazing the stories I’ve been hearing and there understanding of HTs.. ive seen people pay £400 in Pakistan don’t think he’ll get what he wants £1500 from Estehair and dental practice which he said they only work on 2 clients a day. Looks very clean now post 1 month. Time will tell I suppose.. cinik is looking like my preferred option. What’s your thoughts on what you gonna do?
  14. Yeh and that’s fine I agree with you. But my hairline starts way higher than his does or did. Look where his fringe is, that’s my only caveat to all of this my natural hairline is so high that basically you go up and inch or 2 and you’re already at the top of my head, that’s why I’m thinking there’s a chance
  15. Hi everyone. Just a bit of advice off you guys really. Been a lurker for a number of years, I’m 38 Norwood 6/7 been balding ever since I was an adult really. Tried Fin didn’t get on with it and minoxidil a bit of a waste of time..Started at the temples from 18 then slowly diffuse and crown in the last 10 years. Hasn’t been a rapid baldness but everyone who knows me would recognise I haven’t had a huge amount of hair for years. My Dad is exactly the same as me, looks wise, bones wise and hair wise. Though he lost his a lot later than me, he still has the back and sides still intact, which gives me hope that my donor hair wont be affected by DHT even though it’s weak. I have always had a very high forehead and not too fussed about that. I had consultation with Farjo about 5 years ago and they said I had weak donor hair which is fair enough. Asmad said I needed to take fin to improve donor area. I’m not actually after a huge wave of hair, I’d just like a frame again like I used to have (I would still have it short) im keeping an interest in @Donjamo hair journey as I felt his hair was similar in terms of how it looked then like mine does now. And Cinik is of interest due to cost and the good examples I’ve seen..in worried my donor isn’t enough for 2 procedures. I’ve spoke to them they say they could put 2800-3100 in there. I’m fully aware that my native hair will continue to shrink so maybe some other meds after procedure may work? what do you think? Can I have a reasonable chance having a good enough coverage if I have transplant? I’ve highlighted the area I’d like done
  16. Are you on any meds since the procedure? @Donjamo
  17. @Donjamo hi, what Norwood scale would you say you was, im Norwood 6 with weak donor but I think I could get decent coverage.
  18. It’s clinicexpert.net its 4 months since the person I know has it done. Haven’t seen him for a while but will soon, think he’s happy from when I saw him last time. I’m still unsure about the things that were said to him like no smoking (how does this affect anything?) no gym for 6 months? I’m waiting to see how his ends up, before deciding anything. I have to say though there is thousands being done every day people flying back from Turkey hair transplants are on every flight home. They can’t all be bad transplants even though they aren’t recommended
  19. Hi I’m from the UK Someone I know has just got back from there, very happy with procedure time will tell regarding the success, but he had it done there from recommendation of lots of friends. Claims very popular, best in Turkey, lots of Arabs go there, has a warranty can get more work done if not successful Some of the things he was telling me are factually false according to what I read on here. Don’t go to the gym for a few months? No smoking? Also not on meds but I have to say if that goes well and it looks ok I may consider here. ?1750 all in. He was Norwood 6/7 like me and they claimed they got 6000 grafts. His donor looked a bit depleted but recovering well..Had some regrowth already but as I say. Time will tell. Does make you wonder though. Don’t know what to believe especially as I’ve seen this first hand..?
  20. Yeh I contacted Asmad last year and the sales agent advised that I have weak donor and nw5 so until that improved they wouldn’t do it. Said to go on Fin
  21. Guys I’ll level with you. Im a lurker. Im confused. I’ve spoke to someone today who told me they were going to Turkey for a holiday. This aroused my suspicion after digging, he quite proudly said he was going for a HT. He showed me his hair and he was blatantly a Norwood VI at least. Worse than me but not by much. He claimed he has done his research and said he was going with Turkeys no 1 clinic. Can’t rememner the name. It was clinik or something like that, He told me that he’d booked it and was going in Mid March, he’d spoke to the clinic via WhatsApp quite extensively I think but he told me some things that made me smell a rat. The cost was €1950 Euro’s and was going to have between 3000-4000 grafts, stay at the Radison BLU, was going to have a lifetime warranty which meant if any hair falls out he can go back to sort it. He didn’t know if he was having FUE or FUT. He also said they said his donor area (which was weak) could regenerate itself as each client gets a blood platelet plasma injection or something to stop hair falling out. He can choose to have a normal package or a VIP package which means he stays at a better place and other benefits I didn’t ask what. Whilst not trying to pour ridiculous scorn on what he was saying he also said someone he knows had it done and within 6 months all his fell out presumably because of shock loss but was told by the doctor it was because he’d used the gym too much and should avoid spicy food as the plasma injection thing won’t work properly and you should avoid strenuous exercise for a year!!! Sounds ridiculous. I know. This is my dilemma. He claims he has 4/5 friends who have had done in this clinic and have had fab results which is the only reason why he’s having it done. I’m going to see this work colleague once a month so I told him he’s my guinea pig, but if it looks great how do I know what to believe? Especially if the proof is in his hair? Surely the gym and spicy food thing is a crock of shit?
  22. Hi everyone, bit of a lurker. I have quite extensive hair loss and not on meds 36 years old, I also follow the “real self forum” and there seems to be a lot of similar hair loss cases to me on there and people have had a good transplant from a doctor in Turkey which I won’t name. After emailing the doctor they have replied back with quite extensive info. Now I know the saying if it’s too good to be true but the doctor is saying €2100 Euros for as many grafts whether it’s 2500 or 5000. Surely if someone had poor donor area (like I have) this wouldn’t be possible and they recommend another surgery a year later, but where would they get the grafts from? But looking at a lot of their clients who have near enough identical similar loss to me they’ve had some great work done using micro FUE surgery, And there is lots of people who have had it done off the doctor and their team... Any thoughts?
